Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complain about Rob Jones. About 10 days ago I visited your Grays branch in relation to get a new mortgage. Rob came outside we had a brief chat he told me to reply to his email with the required documents. After our brief conversation he asked for my payslips covering past 3 months. I stayed all night to carry out that task. I sent whatever he asked for. He didn’t reply as he promised. I therefore next day returned to your Grays branch and stood outside for a few minutes while he was too busy ignoring my presence, a young lady came and asked if she could help. I asked her to pass the message to Rob to phone me. He never phoned me, once I rang him and left voicemail and other times I only rang but didn’t always leave a voicemail. This afternoon I visited your Grays branch, Rob came outside to tell me he has been really busy between appointments and didn’t get time to carry out his work for me. What right does he have to waste my time . This is terrible service. If he had no time why did he waste my time as well. This is insulting and I am going to complaint about this. Gurprit Kaloya

I use William H Brown, Grays to market and let my property, and having recently renewed with them, I have to say that dealing with Kieran, Lettings Manager, was a breeze. Kieran is responsive, communicative, straight to the point and ultimately takes ownership of any issues/problems and concerns and ensures that they are resolved. I have every faith that my property is in good hands and that Kieran will deliver on any actions. As a landlord, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kieran for anyone looking to let a property in and around the area.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Richard and Debbie are vey experienced property professionals and achieved a higher value for my property compared to other estate agent valuations. This more than covered the selling fees charged. They are always available and helpful.PositiveProfessionalism

I would recommend anyone who is thinking of selling their house in the Thurrock area to use WH Brown. From the start of the process to the end they were professional and went out of their way to help us in every step. I would like to mention Debbie in the Grays office who went above and beyond to help us even to the point of dealing with our sale when she was on holiday.PositiveProfessionalism

Having previously approached William H Brown in Grays and been introduced to Rob Jones, we have yet again been delighted to use his services for our remortgage. In the past he has provided amazing results and managed to help us navigate through some very bumpy terrain on our first mortgage. This time again, even during Covid, he has pulled it off and found us the perfect lender. These are tough times that stretch everyone's time and patience, we have a lot to adapt to - so we're glad to have him on our side!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I would definitely recommend WH Brown, Debby in particular for a professional service. Debby has a wealth of experience in this field which made all the difference in securing a sale. I valued her opinion and advice based on her knowledge of the business. The difference Debby made is that she is proactive in generating viewings. Other agents I had used relied on advertising and didn't convince me they were making any other effort to get people through the door. Debby works long hours and always made herself available which was much appreciated during the stressful experience of trying to sell a home.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Rob Jones is an amazing broker that I would recommend to anyone. I haven't come across anyone like him in my career that is very professional and at the same time gives a personal touch to his clients. Rob makes the whole process easy for his clients and no matter how silly a question can be Rob gives a prompt answer. I actually like the communication via messages which in my opinion is a lot quicker and convenient for today's world.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Paul Hull and the rest of the team were exceptional in handling the purchase of our new property. Paul was extremely helpful and guided us through every step of the process. He was always on the other end of the phone ready to answer any of our queries (even on weekends). Interestingly, this is the second property am purchasing through Paul! A big thanks also to David Philips in handing the rental of the old house - highly commendable!

The team at William H Brown in Grays were great. Paul (manager) was helpful and came to the house to discuss selling, answering all questions. We then had the pleasure of working with a team consisting of Debby and Taylor, both of who were excellent. What sets this team at WHB apart is they take the time to answer any calls and questions, at any time (even days they aren’t working or “in” the office) - you get a feeling that they always go the extra mile. They were amazing. Thank you all!
