GoogleCannot believe how rude the young man was, very unprofessional. Tried to argue with my son over the phone and shut the phone down on his face. A joke of a business , you would think they would have a bit more respect

GoogleWe found the staff very helpful, especially Chloe who helped push the final sale stages through, liaising with both solicitors to move things along, we did have a lull when staff members changed around however as soon as Chloe was involved it did help move things along

GoogleSo pleased with the service from William H Brown, particularly from the Property Management Team. As a tenant in the same property for in excess of 14 years, I have found Lisa to be a real gem. Wonderful telephone manner, polite, courteous and helpful to a fault. No question too much, timely responses, guidance, and updates throughout. This team works with you; they do their best to keep their tenants and landlords smiling. I'd recommend their services to any prospective tenant.

GoogleSuch a brillant experience with William H Brown, They made me feel at ease and was very honest, attentive and considerate throughout the whole process. They kept me updated with the sale regularly as it was quite a challenging suitation in which I was supported immensely! GoogleI used William H Brown mortgage advisor to organise my mortgage for me and can't reccomend them enough. I'm a first time buyer and the process was overwhelming but Hal Plummer from the team was very helpful and always on hand to answer any questions and talk me through the process while I was property hunting. I didnt buy through William H Brown so can't comment much on the estate agent, but I did have a friendly service on any viewings and felt they listened to what I was looking for rather then just sending me every flat under the sun. I felt the service was very honest and trustworthy in an industry where you can easily be ripped off so am very grateful to them and would definitely reccomend.

GoogleWe have had the best professional service from Marc Mcilveney. Our house was on the market with two previous agents with no luck and a very proactive Marc introduced himself to us and within a few weeks he secured a buyer. During this time he has kept us up to date at all times and is also well supported by his office team, who always respond in a very timely manner to any emails I have sent. House moving is a very stressful time and Marc has guided us through this relatively easily. Highly recommend!

GoogleWe didn’t sell our house in the end but the staff were always professional, kept us in the loop and was up front and kept our expectations realistic. We had plenty of viewings and a number of offers. The property was on the market with another agent for months with no success. Mark chloe and Lorraine really went above and beyond for us.
