GoogleYou don’t hear this very often about property agents, but what a great company. They were recommended to us 8 years ago and they did not disappoint. So honest, kind-hearted, and professional. Special mention to Peter and Jack Fisk, who were truly amazing and supportive throughout the years. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleJack at Whitlock & Heaps acted for us on the sale of our house. He was excellent - always contactable, proactive and clearly knows his stuff and the local market. Our sale was part of quite a complex chain with around 7 properties and various deadlines. I really don't believe the entire chain would have completed without Jack being on top of it, constantly chasing other sellers, agents and conveyancers and keeping us in the loop with what was going on. This is where you really benefit from an agent like Jack who adds a lot of value between a sale being agreed and exchange (whereas my prior experience is of estate agents switching off and being harder to get hold of as soon as the sale is agreed). On the original sale aspect, everything went smoothly - pictures and advert were great and I also thought Jack and team handled viewings and offers really well, with a clear focus on maximising the sale price. If we were to sell again in the future, I would certainly come back to Jack and Whitlock & Heaps.

GoogleI cannot recommend Edward more highly. He has been proactive, positive, encouraging and an all round super star. From hearing by previous buyers what a nightmare they had with their Estate Agent, I cannot disagree more. We have been truly blessed with Edward who has worked tirelessly to keep us up to speed, and has consistently ensured the momentum was maintained to make our hard deadline. Anyone lucky enough to have him working onside should be delighted to have such an experienced and empathic representative on board. Thanks again!

This is not just a faceless agency. Whitlock & Heaps are outstanding and deserve their well-deserved recognition as a leading example for all other Sussex estate agencies. An update - sadly I had to sell my house in Hove which was superbly managed to let for several years with Jack and his team. GoogleWhen I was a student in Brighton, letting agents were an absolute nightmare. I genuinely wish I'd come across Jack and the team at Whitlock and Heaps earlier. Lovely, professional people who go the extra mile for their clients. They sold me my first house in 2013, let it out for me when I had to move away, and have now sold it. I can't recommend them enough. Special mention to Edward, one of the sales agents. He has been an absolute diamond in getting our sale pushed through before Christmas.

Hi Simone. It is disappointing to see this review taking into consideration how we went above our required remit to help you at the end of your tenancy. Having served your notice incorrectly and not in line with your tenancy agreement (Due on your rent due date in line with clause 8 of the general notes) we offered to re-market the flat early and if we are able to find a suitable tenant to move in sooner and my client was at no financial loss we would rebate you the apportioned rent. This exactly what we did saving you £469.45 something we did not need to do. To say we gave misleading information and it was an unpleasant experience is very unjust considering the lengths we went to, to help.

GoogleBuying a property in the England is generally quite stressful due to the amount of complex work required to go through the process and the passion to complete on the property you have chosen. Jack and his colleagues at Whitlock & Heaps were a pleasure to always deal with, nothing was ever too much effort for them. I was always kept informed through the process and offered professional advice when needed. I highly recommend Jack and his team for anyone dealing with property in their area of business and look forward to the next time when I am needing their services again.
