GoogleWe had a difficult couple of solicitors within the chain and without Jack’s tireless efforts I honestly don’t think we would have got it across the line. Always available and just a thoroughly nice guy. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI had a viewing with Florence this morning for a property I’m interested in, the communication since the first call to arrange it was great and fast, very accommodating with the times that suited me best. She has such a welcoming energy! Definitely recommend this agency if you are looking for a new home.

GoogleExcellent service for two sales which proved to be lengthy and complex. Jack and his team were always patient, efficient and thorough in their handling of the sales. Also very friendly and available for help at any time. They have great local knowledge as a family firm and I would recommend them very highly.

GoogleI had the loveliest experience with Karen from Whitlock and Heaps. From the viewing day appointment, the email correspondence that followed, down to the key handover and move-in day Karen was super helpful! I specially appreciate the level of communication and transparency in guiding me through it all. Made an otherwise stressful day (was anxious because of previous bad experience) so pleasant, truly appreciate that!

GoogleJack and the team at Whitlock and Heaps have been a dream to work with. Jack's ability to connect as a human being without any undertone of just wanting the sale (we all know what that can feel like), has been really refreshing. Instead - his honest, caring and proactive attitude has meant we've felt totally supported through the process of selling our property, and all obstacles have been navigated smoothly throughout this process, a large portion of which is down to Jack and the team. We're moving out of the area which is exciting, but having had the bar set so high now, we're praying we'll come across an equivalent of Jack / Whitlock and Heaps to help us in our future property endeavours, as if it's not come across so far in what I've written, it's been a faultless 10/10 experience. GoogleI have recently dealt with the purchase of a property through Edward at Whitlock and Heaps. From the outset he has extremely efficient and always kept in contact, ensuring we were kept up to speed with the whole cycle. Where you read a lot of press about people experiencing the polar opposite to this with their estate agents I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Edward & the team at Whitlock and Heaps as a go to estate agent.

GoogleJack at W&H has been a genuine joy to work with. He’s honest, experienced, on the ball and really pushed the process when all others seem to be sitting back. His marketing of the property, his read on potential buyers and his really quick concise communication with us - from start to finish - has made a really tricky time much more manageable and successful. There is no one else we’d work with when it comes to buying and selling.

GoogleWe can’t recommend Whitlock and Heaps highly enough, especially Jack, who managed the sale of our home. After spending 18 months with two other estate agents without receiving a single offer, we were beginning to lose hope. From the moment we met Jack, we felt we were in safe hands. He was professional, honest, approachable and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Selling a home is never without its challenges, but Jack’s excellent communication and support made the whole experience much less stressful. GoogleMe and my partner have had the pleasure of meeting Florence and being helped out by her. We have been struggling to find an apartment to live in and be accepted by, but she’s been more than welcoming and kind to us despite being a young couple. We are very great full for the help and support she’s given us

GoogleMy partner and I had a viewing with Florence, she was absolutely amazing, very welcoming and warm. She explained everything perfectly as we are first time renters. She has been a massive to change to the other estate agents we have viewed properties with, who have been cold and unwelcoming.

GoogleI had my Whitlock and Heaps viewing with Florence, who was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the property. She was especially helpful since we are applying with a pet, and she made sure we had the necessary forms to apply and advised us on what information we should provide about our pet. Overall a great viewing experience and lovely estate agent!

GoogleI recently viewed a property through Bedford Place and have just put down a deposit. I wanted to leave a review for Whitlock and Heaps (specifically Florence) as they was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She was friendly, approachable and professional from start to finish, taking the time to answer all of my questions and making what can often be a stressful process feel much easier. Communication was excellent, and I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. As someone who is new to the company, she's already doing a fantastic job and is a real credit to the team. Thank you for all your help, I'm really looking forward to moving into my new home!

GoogleMe and my partner have been looking at places to rent, which we can all appreciate how stressful this can be. However, we’ve only had great experiences here especially due to Florence’s’ involvement! They’ve been extremely personable and helpful throughout our search and genuiley felt like they were rooting for us every step of the way! Even when going for a viewing I could see how friendly they were towards the tenant there, so I know it’s not just us who would say this! Florence, and Whitlock and heaps, have made it a better experience than expected and couldn’t recommend more!!
