GoogleI sold my flat through Whitlock & Heaps and the service was first class. Couldn’t fault the professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the process. GoogleI had a great experience selling with Whitlock & Heaps. The process was seamless from start to finish (the sale went through in 7 weeks!) The team were extremely attentive - Edward in particular went above and beyond with out of hours messages and updates. Their market knowledge is exceptional - there isn’t much Jack doesn’t know about the Hove housing market - he took the time to understand all of the intricate details that made the house unique and understood the value I saw when I bought it. The marketing was excellent, I was particularly impressed with the time taken on the photos and the advertising which really brought the house to life. Whitlock & Heaps found the perfect buyer who really loved the house so we had every confidence the sale would go through smoothly!

Not being local we had to depend on Jack to oversee a number of issues and he didn’t let us down, he was unfailingly patient and courteous at all times. GoogleThe best experience I have ever had with any letting agency so far, everyone from Whitlock and Heaps is always super helpful. Moved to Brighton almost a year ago and never had any problems, the property I rented is well maintained and interior is modern. whenever we needed anything done Whitlock and heaps have been quick to respond and get things sorted. Very happy with the experience so far.

GoogleWorst experience ever with a letting agent. I would not recommend this to anyone else. They have to improve their customer service and communication
Dear Joycelyn I am surprised and disappointed to read your review especially considering the lengths we went to, to accommodate you at the end of your tenancy. 1. Negotiating with the landlady to allow you to be released early from your contract. 2. When arranging viewings to accommodate your requests there were a number of occasions when viewings were booked and you were then not there to give us access. 3. Once a tenant had been sourced and a move in date agreed you then changed this date which obviously had a knock on effect for the incoming tenants having to change their move date. 4. And finally that after all this you left the property in the appalling condition of which we have evidence of. My team did try to make direct contact with you to discuss your review but because we did not receive a response I felt we needed to reply. Jack Fisk

GoogleWe recently sold our flat and bought our new house through Whitlock and Heaps, with support from Edward and team, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Although it took a little time to find the right buyer for our flat (we had already picked our new home from the start so this wasn’t an issue), from start to finish, him and the team was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. They kept us informed every step of the way and provided clear guidance on both the sale and purchase. Their flexibility and problem-solving skills, particularly on our completion date made a stressful time much easier. After the purchase Edward was also available for any questions or concerns that we had, which was extremely appreciated. We highly recommend working with Edward at Whitlock and Heaps to anyone looking to buy or sell.
