GoogleI used whitlock and heaps whilst I was buying my first property. Jack and Ed were great! It's a difficult process buying a place and these guys were always very helpful, responsive and nice. Even the viewing in the first place I felt very relaxed and not pressured. Highly recommend!

GoogleI have frequently had disappointing experiences with estate agents so was blown away by the service we received at Whitlock & Heaps. Edward was really helpful, honest and timely with our initial viewings - as was anyone I spoke to in the office. Once negotiations were underway, Jack became invaluable to helping us buy our first home - he was realistic, gave great advice and was always available when we needed him. Couldn't recommend W&H more and will definitely use them when we eventually sell.

GoogleI have used Whitlock & Heaps as letting agents for over 10 years. I have also used them for a couple of property sales. Peter, Jack and their team are all incredibly professional, friendly and proactive. They have always secured me good tenants, given me good advice, and any issues have always been sorted promptly. My recent house sale with them went smoothly from start to finish despite the usual few stressful moments, and communication was great throughout the process. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Highly responsive, enthusiastic, honest and committed to making sure the sale runs as smoothly as possible. He did not give up on a last minute issue that was raised by the buyer and he went to great lengths to ensure we can move forward. Rare to find an estate agent in Brighton and Hove that are not insistent. One of the best estate agent I have met and would highly recommend.

He guided us through the entire process from marketing to completion, finding three interested buyers within the first four days. Jack is by far the most honest, straightforward and professional estate agent we have met. It took only two months from Market Appraisal to completion. Jack and Peter were a pleasure to deal with and very professional, progress-chasing to keep the sale on track, following up issues as necessary and keeping me regularly updated. GoogleWe recently purchased our first home though Whitlock & Heaps. The team really understood what we wanted and needed for our family and showed us a good variation of properties before we found our new home. Communication was always there, they helped us understand all aspects of buying a first home which really helped us through the process. Would highly recommend.
