GoogleAll the team at Whitlock and Heaps were fantastic in our recent move. From the initial valuation, the open day and agreeing the sale the process was smooth and very professional and we couldn't ask for any more. Great communication and response to the questions we had. We also bought our property whith W&H which made our overall move much simpler and pain free. I would highly recomend using W&H as an estate agent to friends.

GoogleWe have had an excellent service from Jack and his colleagues, in 12 days we went from our initial conversation to value our home, to securing a firm offer, and having our own offer accepted on a property they had just been instructed to sell. We were pleased with the level of communication and the efficiency of Jack and the team, and the process was completed in just over 4 months. We would highly recommend Whitlock and Heaps if looking for an estate agent.

GoogleNot great if you're a tenant with this lot. Lettings manager has zero people skills - talks to you like dirt and treats you like a complete annoyance just for existing. Property came complete with damp and an intrusive landlord. Agents tried to charge us for needless things when we moved out. Advice is to communicate via email so you have everything in writing. Thank goodness we're now homeowners and don't have to deal with people like this. I feel for those who aren't so lucky.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleIt is not all true what people say about estate agents, there are some genuine estate agents (especially the family run ones) who do offer a personal service like Whitlock & Heaps. I used Whitlock & Heaps and found them completely honest and responsive. Communication was excellent throughout the process and was always kept in the loop throughout. I am not local and this did not matter as the estate agent did everything that needed to be done to ensure a good personal service which is rare these days. Thank you Whitlock & Heaps for reassuring me throughout the process.
