GoogleThis was not the first time we used this company for our sale, they found us a buyer quite quickly, we had a great problem in finding a property to suit us. We waited 6 months and again they found us another buyer quickly, David Teague progressed the sale expertly and if it wasn't for his expertise our purchase may well have fallen through at the last minute. GoogleWhiteknights Tilehurst sold our house for us and we’re very competitive on commission. Scott Marlin was extremely helpful and helped us achieve a really good price. John Bennett was very likeable and kept us up to date throughout the process. They even managed to keep our buyer throughout the entire first lockdown of this year! GoogleI cannot praise John, Simon and the Lower Earley office highly enough in how much they helped my Mum navigate her recent house move. After a few obstacles that were thrown in our way during the process, John particularly went truly above and beyond in helping my Mum to pull everything together, even arranging help outside of his remit, and I do not know how we would have done this without him. My house was sold quickly and following this John Bennett was an absolute star in getting a difficult chain with lots of issues over the line, acting not just on my behalf but having to push on behalf of my buyers who were selling privately and so had no Estate agent! He was tenacious and always kept me updated and retained a great sense of humour throughout when at times I was despairing of the English property market... if you have John on your side, everything will turn out right in the end.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleJOHN BENNETT! (FABULOUS) Just wow where do I start! After a crazy 4 months with what felt like a life time of stress I feel rather saddened that I won’t be able to call John for rant and a laugh! (All the emotions of buying&selling) John is absolutely FANTASTIC!! He went above and beyond helping us get through our sale. Our buyers solicitors weren’t the best and John really delivered and kept our buyer up to date constantly and reassured her and helped her with questions/queries throughout the process. John would always call and check in with us and help in anyway he can! We feel so lucky to have such luck with John he made the process feel a lot more smoother and Me and my partner felt reassured it was in his hands! Thank you thank you!! GoogleWe have just sold our house through Whiteknights, Gary and the team were excellent but must mention Danielle the progression manager, we had e few problems on our side as we were moving to Preston but Danielle was superb , very professional throughout the transaction, also a very lovely lady. GoogleFrom arranging a viewing to purchasing the property, Whiteknights Estate Agents have been superb. Very knowledgeable, quick to respond to queries thoughtfully and very accommodating when one of my kids struggled with the idea of moving homes by arranging additional viewings for us after our offer was accepted. A special mention to Gary Waite and Dani Hyatt-Roberts who are both great people to do business with.

GoogleRefuse to let you view any properties unless you speak to their financial advisor first. I am more than happy to provide proof of funds if I am interested in a property, but I'm not willing to share all my personal financial details before I'm allowed to see any properties. I also believe that it goes against the estate agents code of conduct to discriminate against buyers who do not wish to use any in-house services. So sellers, be aware that good buyers with finances already in place may not be allowed to view your property - apparently, according to Whiteknights, refusing to show such people any properties is "what sellers want".

Dear SL G, Really sorry that you were not entirely happy with our procedures, however these have been put in place as a result of the Covid Pandemic and in line with our industry guidelines. We assure all clients selling their home that anyone visiting is pre-qualified and can actually afford the property. This may also reduce the number of unnecessary visitors to their home given the current Covid situation.
