GoogleMy experience has been negative with this estate agent, I made an offer by email for a property in Earley and sought an appointment to view the property or be provided with a virtual viewing link. A female member of staff rang my partner to say that she was unable to arrange a viewing as we were not under offer with our property. I found that quite astonishing and conclude that this lady must have a secret crystal ball to allow her to predict the future. We wont be going through them again.NegativeQuality

GoogleI cannot praise John, Simon and the Lower Earley office highly enough in how much they helped my Mum navigate her recent house move. After a few obstacles that were thrown in our way during the process, John particularly went truly above and beyond in helping my Mum to pull everything together, even arranging help outside of his remit, and I do not know how we would have done this without him. GoogleHaving worked with Whiteknights for the purchase of our house 29 years ago they were the natural choice when it came to sell. Scot Marlin was able to accurately sum up the current local market conditions for our immediate area (Calcot) and provide a realistic market value for our property. From arranging professional photographs and marketing material, hosting an initial live virtual viewing via facebook, to the pre-vetting of potential viewers and arranging viewings, the time from start of marketing to receiving an offer was just under a month which helped us move quickly to secure the property we were looking for. Danielle and John in the dedicated sales progression team were always available to advise and help co-ordinate between our conveyancers and buyers to get through the stressful bumps that were thrown up along the way to a successful exchange and completion. My house was sold quickly and following this John Bennett was an absolute star in getting a difficult chain with lots of issues over the line, acting not just on my behalf but having to push on behalf of my buyers who were selling privately and so had no Estate agent! After a crazy 4 months with what felt like a life time of stress I feel rather saddened that I won’t be able to call John for rant and a laugh! (All the emotions of buying&selling) John is absolutely FANTASTIC!! He went above and beyond helping us get through our sale. Our buyers solicitors weren’t the best and John really delivered and kept our buyer up to date constantly and reassured her and helped her with questions/queries throughout the process. Where one of their local competitors had failed the previous year, they excelled and exceeded my expectations, and restored my faith in the the house sale process. I felt that this began with Scott Marlin's honest and considered valuation, and continued with the vetting of viewers, meaning only proceedable, serious purchasers came through the door. The post-sales support from Tom Fisher was superb, he understood what I needed from the transaction and relayed this to the chain.
