GoogleI’ve just sold my house via Whiteknights, Gary and the team were superb. A huge thanks to the incredible skill of Danielle, the sales progression manager. It was not an easy transaction but throughout the whole process she was incredible. So supportive, professional and a generally lovely lady, can’t recommend enough!

GoogleI have worked with this WhiteKnights office when I bought my house, rented that house and eventually sold the same house. I have always found WhiteKnights easy to work with and they conduct business in a professional way. Selling the house through the pandemic wasn't easy and WhiteKnights also had to learn through this time, but through perseverance and many viewings we finally got there. I would recommend this company for your property purchase/sale or rental.

GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with Whiteknights Lower Earley (Simon Wilkinson) in trying to buy a property. He was very misleading. As a buyer I had to chase him everyday on my offer and would never receive a straight answer, and I kept on increasing my offer everyday and came to asking price where he said the offer is accepted. However for three days straight he made up excuses in trying to send me memo of sale while everything was complete from my end and there was something fishy going in the background. This behaviour is extremely unprofessional and I would advise everyone who is thinking to buy a property with Whiteknights to think twice about what kind of mental stress you are getting into.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleScott and whiteknights helped sell our house, not once but twice within the space of a few months after our buyer pulled out during covid. Each sale was within the space of a few weeks and they were extremely helpful throughout the process.

This was the first time selling a house so I really didn't have a clue, they explained everything every step of they, were freindly but professional, always answered any questions I had, they made me feel at ease, I can not thank them enough! I would never go to another estate agents now, thankyou guys!!!!

The efficiency and professionalism was first class, headed up by Scott who sold my house to the first viewer at full asking price. His knowledge of the area and the current market was second to none. A thoroughly excellent service.

GoogleHighly unprofessional. Had bad experience twice, once in 2015 & again now in 2019. We made an offer for a property we saw via Whiteknights Earley in August 2015. After the offer was made and accepted we stopped getting any updates at all. Phone calls and emails not responded to. Finally after more than a month, I sent them an email on 25th August 2015 saying we would like to withdraw our offer and complaining about our experience. No response to that email. After a couple of months I get a call from the branch pretending nothing had happened asking for us to proceed with the offer. We did not go ahead as we made an offer on another property. Back in market again in 2019, I saw property which I requested a viewing for on Whiteknights website. I got a call saying the Buyer was not available on the date I requested which was obviously OK. The person started cross selling other services, Mortgage to which I said no, they offered there selling services for selling out existing property to which I said no, they offered there services to let our existing property to which I said no, they were pushy. I was then told that the property that we had requested for had been underpinned so I requested for more details, but they were not interested in giving any information at all but rather only push their other services.. I was told that I will be called to confirm other time. A week later I get a call and a voice message saying you have an appointment now and I am waiting at the property so wanted to check where you are..... Next day I get a call from someone else who asks how was the property.... I said I never got an appointment confirmation in the first place, so the person very rudely says, you need to check your spam, it is not our fault... Since then I have checked, I have not received an email in inbox or spam.... Highly unprofessional and rude, I wont be dealing with them, even if I liked a property they have listed, I wont get in touch as the team is unprofessional.
