Where one of their local competitors had failed the previous year, they excelled and exceeded my expectations, and restored my faith in the the house sale process. I felt that this began with Scott Marlin's honest and considered valuation, and continued with the vetting of viewers, meaning only proceedable, serious purchasers came through the door. The post-sales support from Tom Fisher was superb, he understood what I needed from the transaction and relayed this to the chain. Thankfully I did not use this estate agent to sell my house! Trying to view a house with this estate agent is a pain, I understand that they want to ensure you are preceedable but when you have an agreement with the bank and they want you to speak with their mortgage advisor who does not ring you when they are supposed to. My experience has been negative with this estate agent, I made an offer by email for a property in Earley and sought an appointment to view the property or be provided with a virtual viewing link. A female member of staff rang my partner to say that she was unable to arrange a viewing as we were not under offer with our property.
