GoogleBuying through White & Sons has been the most pleasant estate agengy experience we have encountered during the whole stressfull selling/buying process. When we were first shown around by lovely Louise we knew that it was the property for us; a beautiful well looked after mid-century gem and we did not expect to move in within 8 weeks after putting an offer through..but Ed and his team were great at communicating and efficient at chasing matters. Most importantly, even with stressfull events caused by the chain below, Ed was realistic at managing expectations compared to other agents involved in the process. If we ever look into moving again we would most definetely use Ed and his team. Big recommendation and hugest thanks to White & Sons Reigate!

GoogleWe changed estate agent to White and Sons after an unsuccessful sale with another local company. I couldn’t believe the difference , the whole team where so helpful and encouraging, gave sensible and realistic advise to ensure a quick sale, Richard, Keith and Jordan were always professional, and Lorraine ensured the progression of the sale went smoothly. I wouldn’t want to do it again in a hurry but if I had to I would definitely choose the Oxted team at white and sons. Thank you

GoogleWe purchased a house via White and Sons recently and were extremely impressed by their professionalism and effectiveness. Loraine was on the case throughout the long 9 months it took for us to finally move in (due to the sale of our own property falling through) she kept us informed and up to date at all times about what was happening and what 'should' be happening with our own sale. This enabled us to keep the pressure on our own chain and ultimately get moved before the stamp duty increase! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend White and Sons to anyone looking to buy or sell as you can rest assured that they have the best interests for all parties at heart and don't beat around the bush.

GoogleMy worst experience with White & Son Agency Dorking! They're the worst agency to work with, and some of the employees, like 'Elly' from the Block Management, are extremely rude to the clients! She doesn't respect customers and is the rudest person I've ever encountered. The next time the owner hires out, I believe they need to pick the right individuals! If not, organizations like these will eventually die! In the future, dealing with AI systems will be far more pleasant than dealing with individuals of this nature.
Your indebtedness to our client, the management company, is now in the hands of their legal team.

GoogleI recently purchased my first flat with Ed as our estate agent. He was incredible responsive, helpful and went above and beyond to make the sale happen before Christmas when faced with some difficult and slow solicitors on both sides of the transaction. It felt like we really had someone in our corner. I hope him and the team took a well deserved break over Christmas.

We originally bought our house some years ago through White & Sons and were so impressed that we chose them to market and sell our property when we decided to move on.They are a traditional company with strong values for customer service - every single member of the team demonstrated the utmost professionalism. From the initial valuation discussion through to completion, there was regular and concise communication and a proactivity and determination to bring the transaction to a successful conclusion, all at a competitive fee rate. The chain below our buyer proved to be particularly problematic and a special mention must go to Lloyd Wilkinson who literally went above and beyond for as long as it took to drive the final outcome. He's charismatic and focussed, a consumate professional and his approach was perfect. Thank you!I can't recommend White & Sons highly enough.
