GoogleYet again fobbed off by a seller who demands conditions to viewing. Agents should not accept business from fussy sellers of this ilk. If I can drive three hours to view a property, don't I count as serious? Disgusted Cash Buyer!

FacebookGreat team at Webbers in Braunton. Selling a house is pretty stressful though Webbers took it all in their stride and worked as a team. We had a few buyers drop out of our house sale, though Webbers acted instantly and searched for the next buyer. Always easy to reach and very responsive, often after work hours and well into the evening. A very dedicated team. I would recommend them.

Please be careful when you using Webbers Letting agency in Bideford. We were very good tenants for nearly 2 years and when we moved out, the Manager from this branch threatened us with court cases and legal battles to retain full costs for decoration of a property that had fair, wear and tear over the years. We brought up several notifications warning of damp pillars on the roof, leaked bath through the floors and carpets which were outdated. This is the tip of the iceberg. We suggested to meet half way in terms of costs, but he wouldn't have it and threatened again with legal proceedings. We were left in a corner requiring our deposit back, as we had just had twin girls so the deposit was urgently required to purchase equipment for our babies. His emails we received from him were devastating and shocking to say the least and felt cornered to pay the full sum of money. I have never experienced such forcefulness and there was no integrity with this situation. Please do avoid and be careful.

GoogleThey were friendly and knowledgeable from the very first call. Provided a very honest and accurate appraisal of the home we were purchasing from the start which was appreciated. It was after I had agreed in principle to purchase this particular property William Cosgrove really came through. Couldn't have been more accomodating in helping me from start to finish. When the original plans had to change, William at Webbers was extremely understanding and reassuring. I couldn't recommend Webbers estate agents more highly - a real credit to the Estate Agents industry.

TrustpilotAfter driving 90 miles to view North…
After driving 90 miles to view North Curry(Taunton) property we were informed by home owner that there was no booking and they were going out. Webbers did nothing but lie, we were so say booked in for 11am, waste of time and effort, never again, even had the gaul to say they emailed us(no emails from webbers)

GoogleExcellent experience - the Admin staff making the booking were extremely helpful and efficient, the Inventory Clerk extremely thorough, and when I raised two very minor questions about the report, these were dealt with promptly and satisfactorily.

GoogleI have used LetCheck on a number of occasions as a landlord and have always found them to be professional, flexible in terms of bookings and prompt to amend reports should any corrections be required. Zoe in particular is very helpful in arranging bookings and ensuring that the process has run smoothly.

GoogleA nice company to deal with. I have used them several times in the last couple of years and would do so again. Fair and thorough, and if they get something obviously wrong in the inventory they are happy to correct it and quickly too. Good value and have always been available when I want them. It probably helps that at the end of their visit I am around to discuss any significant areas of concern for them so we are not getting our wires crossed.
