GoogleAnita Adams has been the most helpful estate agent we have dealt with during our property search. She is professional and courteous and has done everything possible to find us our perfect home. I wish we had been in the right area to use her services as our selling agent, I am sure it would have been a much better experience! Would have no hesitation in recommending her.

GoogleWe have sold many properties in the past with varying degrees of commitment and competence from the selling agents. Anita Adams has just successfully sold a property for us during which time she showed solid professionalism and dedication to get the job done. I would not hesitate to use her again in the future.
Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule, it was a pleasure working with you all on this one. You know where I am when you sell your next project or your amazing home. Anita

GoogleAnita and the F&C team did a brilliant job of helping us selling our home. We had to relocate in the early part of the sale process and Anita managed the process brilliantly. She dealt with all the viewings, managed the valuations for the purchasers and was able to just deal with everything for us. Once the solicitors became involved she managed the processing of the contract for us engaging with both sets of solicitors again really well. I would recommend Anita and the F&C team to anyone looking to sell their house successfully.
Thank you Keith, your home is going to be much loved by the new owners, it wasn't easy but we got there in the end. It was great working with you and all your family. All the very best, Anita
