When I was first shown the property by Paul, it was new to the market yet he was extremely helpful even though he was not fully briefed on the property. I was then in contact with Alice who helped engineer my offer being accepted by the vendor. Claire was then in touch with me to progress my purchase and helped the matter through to exchange. The Bideford office has been very efficient from start to finish. The transaction took just 8 weeks from offer to completion.

Adrian has been with us throughout what turned out to be a really long and complicated process - and I mean really long! He sold our flat quickly, but when our first buyer fell through due to mortgage issues, Adrian helped us pivot to the auction route, explained how it all worked and guided us through our options. I honestly couldn’t recommend Muvin highly enough. From day one they tailored the entire sale and purchase strategy around us. It didn’t feel generic, not templated, but something that genuinely reflected our situation, our timings, and the challenges we faced along the way. We had a particularly difficult chain and she went over and above to find out what the holds ups were, keeping us updated, and providing support and advice. She was friendly, approachable, super knowledgeable and made me feel like I had someone in my corner. Anyone who has bought a house knows that looking around and putting an offer in is the easy part, getting the purchase over the line can be painful, and without Claire I'm not sure we would have crossed the finish line. There was miscommunication over parking from the start, followed by bathroom and leak issues from January through to June that required repeated chasing and repair attempts. The situation was very stressful to live with, and the only compensation offered was £30 for poor communication. I would not rent through them again.

We bought a house in Roundswell managed by Jon. Our buyers were, let’s say less than transparent, and our solicitors were very difficult to deal with.
