GoogleAnita at Fine and Country has exceeded every expectation with selling our Country Home. From our experience its a "no brainer" that you choose Anita and the Fine and Country team as your 1st port of call. We had been in a sorry situation trying to sell our lovely home with 3 reputable agents. A phone call to Anita and she reviewed our situation and the house. She gives the attention , drive, and enthusiasm that the others lack. Marketing is outstanding on all social media outlets. Anita is ruthless and direct in how she presents your home. Leave her to it. Anita has great relationships with her buyers and knew the buyers that would appreciate viewing our home. And best of all, since Anita dealt with every aspect of the sale, she was able to liaise with all parties and push the sale over the line for us and our buyers. Result? Anita found our buyer within 3 days of putting the house on the market. And completion within 10 weeks,including the xmas period. And she achieved a higher price than the other agents even suggested. Cant thank her enough

Beware if you intend buying through Webbers. They seem quite happy to let the Vendor get you all the way through searches and surveys and then allow the vendor to pull out only to let them re-introduce the property at an increased value a month or two later - leaving you picking up all the expenses. Oh! and if you challenge them it’s always the vendors choice/responsibility!!!! They don’t seem to mind picking up the extra fee though.

GoogleWe were fortunate enough to purchase a house through Webbers Estate agents in Great Torrington and moved in during March. I can honestly say, and I have experience with lots of Estate agents, Webbers go over and beyond to support you. They dealt with queries quickly, engaged with solicitors to keep things moving and I felt they were very respectful and honest. So just over 2 months later a big thank you from a very happy new home owner. A special thank you to Adrian and Harley, both always welcoming and great listeners.
