I dealt with multiple members of the team and they were all so helpful and easy to deal with and whilst it was a real team effort, Alice in Sales Progression deserves particular recognition. Anna looked after the progression of our purchase and was really ontop of it, chasing where needed and keeping us up-to-date. We recieved a lovely little welcome box on moving day and thankfully it went so smoothly, with the keys being released at 11am before we had even finished packing up the lorries!
