GoogleWhen it comes to progressing a sale, incompetent and lazy are the words that spring to mind. Almost no effort made to close the sale, had to do all the work ourselves.

GoogleI had assumed the first two valuations I got from other agents would be similar to Webbers, but theirs was £10000 more and they sold it subject to contract before it even went on to their website, people were looking round the property straight away, so all in all a good experience.

We were impressed y the willingness of every staff member to pick up the reins as required, so that we always felt that progress was being achieved regardless of the commitments of any single person. We instructed Webbers as the major estate agents in Barnstaple, as they are well established with a good reputation and strong presence. Living out of the area, we needed the right agent to deal with everything for us. They promised a lot, and from start to finish they delivered, in every respect. The right value, the right marketing and the right result within the timescale we wanted. Our expectations were high and they were exceeded. We wanted a full, reliable service and support, and the friendly Barnstaple team, working as a true team and were great to deal with at this stressful time. Thank you all.

Last week my daughter, Carrie Arnold, took over the tenancy of a home in Barnstaple, through your lettings agency. Carrie gained a post at Exmoor Zoo and had 4 weeks to find a house to rent near to her new job, which seemed a very daunting prospect. The facts that she was moving over 260 miles, had never been to North Devon since she was 5 years old, knew nobody in the area and had only 2 working days when she could visit the area seemed insurmountable problems. We really thought that there was little chance of her moving into a new home before she started at the zoo. However, your company made the seemingly impossible very “do-able†and Carrie moved in 5 days before starting her new job, which was just 20 days after your receiving her application. She and I have nothing but praise for Webbers Lettings, as everything we needed was taken care of: you led the process professionally, encouragingly and with a friendly tone on the telephone. You kept us informed at each step of the process and answered every panic striven question we had with patience and understanding. So many, many thanks for your excellent service. Not only did you allow Carrie to move into a super new house but you made her move to her new job at the zoo far more enjoyable and far less stressful than it could have been. For this both she and I are extremely grateful. I dealt with at least 3 members of your staff, so have not personalised this letter
