GoogleThe online manual claims Russell Hobbs is the brand but the manual delivered with the freezer says Abode. After visiting their website I discovered that they have a licence to sell Russell Hobbs products (but clearly not to claim their own brand products are from Russell Hobbs). I raised complaints with both companies through Resolver that have not been addressed and I am escalating to the consumer watchdog. Based on other reviews, it sounds like they deliver for lots of UK companies and I wonder how much business they get from misplaced trust in institutional British brands. I bought from B&Q and was appalled at the service - the freezer arrived in what looked like a second hand box held together with tape. It is subpar and makes a loud clunk every 15 minutes.
