I can’t speak highly enough of Watts & Morgan. I have been a tenant with them for 3 years, always very responsive & helpful. Then purchased the property I was living in and again, amazing service and genuinely helpful, especially Sarah and Jodi.

GoogleWe had previously sold a house with Watts and Morgan and had a good experience so decided to use them again for our most recent move. Absolutely nothing but the highest praise for everyone involved in the process. Dan did a great job in valuing and marketing the house. He was great with viewings and always gave feedback. Easy to contact and pleasant to deal with. Our related purchase was quite challenging but Sarah was absolutely on it with the sales progression. I am certain that without her dedication the chain would have collapsed. I absolutely recommended the whole team in the Penarth branch as professional, knowledgeable and warm. I hope not to be moving again anytime soon but would definitely use Watts and Morgan again if we do.

GoogleOutstanding! From first visit to discuss the sale price, to the last phone call to say funds had landed and keys could be collected and everything in between, was simply awesome. The process was not going as we had hoped for, but the Team we talked to (Tom, Dan and Sarah) were reliable, well informed and always helpful and reassuring. Stark contrast to the Agent we were buying from who after securing our sale, didn't contact the vendors or us the buyers again. Thank you to the Team at Watts & Morgan you made a stressful period very manageable X

They are a local agent who doesn't over-value a property just to get the sale and they often have properties for sale that are not listed on Rightmove.

Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from Watts & Morgan We sold our four-bedroom property in Dinas Powys in 2025 and had an excellent experience with Watson & Morgan Estate Agents from start to finish. They helped design a well-articulated, professionally presented brochure that immediately generated a high level of interest and strong viewing numbers. The team at Watts & Morgan conducted the viewings in person and presented the property accurately and professionally, which resulted in us receiving multiple offers. They were also extremely supportive and skilled during the negotiation process, helping us achieve a final selling price that we were extremely satisfied with. GoogleI’ve been meaning to leave a review ever since we moved - nearly 2 years ago! (Sorry it’s taken so long!) We bought our house through Watts and Morgan and had a fantastic experience. Dan was brilliant, allowing us to see the house multiple times before we made our decision and his fantastic communication really helped the process move smoothly and swiftly. The rest of the team there was brilliant too, very friendly and approachable and helpful. From agreeing to purchase to the move in date was so quick! I think a month? And that was due to the team at W&M, Thompson Young (our estate agents) and our solicitor Sarah Miller JMD Law . Thanks all!

Absolutely seamless process, I was mostly in contact with Dan, but also Tomos sometimes, and then a few other members of the team and all were fantastic, especially Dan and Tomos. Always able to be contacted with any queries, really knowledgeable and helpful when the usual sticking points that come with property sales came up. We were able to complete on our property purchase in around 2.5 months due to the efficiency and dedication of the whole team at Watts and Morgan, which is quick when it comes to property sales in my experience! Didn't ever feel as though they didn't have the time for my questions and queries, and always offering sound advice or coming back with suggestions and solutions rather than problems and delays. I will recommend Watts and Morgan to all friends and family, and if we ever come to sell our property, they will be our first choice. Thanks!
