I first came across Watts & Morgan when I wanted to purchase an apartment less than two years ago. The salesman from Watts & Morgan was polite, respectful, helpful and not at all pushy. I was impressed and assured by his pleasant, calm and confident manner. He was not like any other estate agent I had encountered. After many viewings, I bought another flat sold by a different company and the comparison of the sales people were like chalk and cheese. From this experience, I knew I wanted Watts & Morgan to manage the property for me. It has been a pleasure to work with a very professional team whose communication, values and conduct are impeccable. I would highly recommend Watts & Morgan to anyone seeking to buy or rent a property.

Everyone knows estate agent are terrible, right? Well not this one. Michelle at Watts & Morgan was very professional and so friendly. Her communication throughout the purchase of my new home was excellent. Every time I had to call her, she answered the phone and anyone who has ever moved house knows how frustrating it can be if you have to leave messages all the time. I can't praise Watts & Morgan enough. Thanks for making a difficult process bearable!

I used Watts & Morgan for my recent house sale. From the initial consultation and valuation through to the final completion, they were professional, efficient and reliable. The team were always available when I need them, and they managed the viewings with excellent attention to detail; dealing with enquiries from prospective buyers and following up after each viewing. Their office team were superb at moving things forward with my sale and onward purchase; liaising with solicitors and other parties in the chain to keep things on track. If I could give these people zero stars, I would!, but won't allow ! I had a person living next door to me for four long years! It's was absolutely hell from day one that the person moved in. Cannabis coming into our house, police there all the time, the person was arrested 4 times, sectioned 3 times, has been abusive to all the neighborhood. It's only that this person who was continuously intoxicated with cannabis assaulted a neighbour was finally evicted. He had a six month eviction notice but nothing was done. Watts & Morgan did nothing in the 4 years of us constantly telling them about this abusive person via hundreds of emails. Give this company a wide birth, totally unprofessional people to deal with. They put my family through hell! They didn't even check this person out before being housed, the same problems were happening 10 years ago with the cannabis smell with this person. Total waste of time! All they were interested in is getting their money!!! No duty of care to any of the neighborhood!! No quality of life for any of the neighbours for the last four years. Couldn't even sit in your own garden without being intoxicated with cannabis fumes, or worse still, abuse and violence!! Keep well clear of Watts & Morgan of Cowbridge!!!! Total Amateurs!!!! 👎👎👎👎

We had previously sold a house with Watts and Morgan and had a good experience so decided to use them again for our most recent move. Absolutely nothing but the highest praise for everyone involved in the process. Dan did a great job in valuing and marketing the house. He was great with viewings and always gave feedback. Easy to contact and pleasant to deal with. Our related purchase was quite challenging but Sarah was absolutely on it with the sales progression. I am certain that without her dedication the chain would have collapsed. I absolutely recommended the whole team in the Penarth branch as professional, knowledgeable and warm. I hope not to be moving again anytime soon but would definitely use Watts and Morgan again if we do.

Outstanding! From first visit to discuss the sale price, to the last phone call to say funds had landed and keys could be collected and everything in between, was simply awesome.
