Watts & Morgan provided an efficient, helpful and sensible approach when we bought a home from them. Ffion accompanied us to the viewing and then progressed the sale once our offer was accepted. Ffion was conscientious, kept us up to date and liaised with the other parties involved. Her friendly and positive attitude was outstanding, as was her attention to detail. This was particularly helpful as our daughter was buying the property whilst living in Bristol. Thanks for everything and in all honesty the world needs more people like Ffion.

GoogleI first came across Watts & Morgan when I wanted to purchase an apartment less than two years ago. The salesman from Watts & Morgan was polite, respectful, helpful and not at all pushy. I was impressed and assured by his pleasant, calm and confident manner. He was not like any other estate agent I had encountered. After many viewings, I bought another flat sold by a different company and the comparison of the sales people were like chalk and cheese. From this experience, I knew I wanted Watts & Morgan to manage the property for me. It has been a pleasure to work with a very professional team whose communication, values and conduct are impeccable. I would highly recommend Watts & Morgan to anyone seeking to buy or rent a property.

My husband and I had a great experience using Watts and Morgan Bridgend. It was the first time we sold a property and from the beginning, everyone at Watts and Morgan were supportive and explained everything so clearly. Lewis came to valuate our property and spent time explaining the process clearly to us. Once we agreed to work with Watts and Morgan, each viewing was communicated fantastic and we gained valuable feedback each time. When we eventually had a sale agreed, Michelle was fantastic in discussing next steps and keeping us updated throughout the process, even when it dragged on a bit with solicitors delays! I can't thank the team in Bridgend enough for their professionalism and support during this process!!

GoogleEveryone knows estate agent are terrible, right? Well not this one. Michelle at Watts & Morgan was very professional and so friendly. Her communication throughout the purchase of my new home was excellent. Every time I had to call her, she answered the phone and anyone who has ever moved house knows how frustrating it can be if you have to leave messages all the time. From the first interaction with Tom & Dan they were professional and polite and a pleasure to deal with. They provided timley feedback after every viewing and made the whole process very straight-forward. After a sale was agreed, we had a weekly update from Sarah, who kept everything moving forward through to completion. Having dealt with other estate agents during our search and purchase, Watts & Morgan are a different class. 100% recommend them and when the time comes in the future, they'll be our first and only call.
