GoogleWe used Watts and Morgan to sell our house having sourced them on the internet. Our initial meeting was with Tomas Gould who was excellent. We were impressed by his knowledge, efficiency and professionalism, also his realism about what we could achieve by a sale. With the aid of Dan who produced the brochure and Sarah who constantly intervened with the purchases on our behalf, the process was seamless. We were extremely satisfied with Watts Morgan and more than happy to recommend them to others

GoogleWhen looking at the place I’m currently renting, Jason was knowledgeable about the place without having to contact the office like I had to with other estate agents.He answered all my questions and was quick in letting me know I got the place. When I needed to change the move in date by a day, they sorted that out for me quickly and easily with no hassle. Jodi was wonderful when I picked up the keys and sorted out my council tax, electric and gas. I also got a welcome pack with some lovely freebies and vouchers that gave me some much needed money off. I’ve been in the place 3 months so far and they have always replied to texts or emails when I have any problems and sort them out quickly, without any hassle.

GoogleWe rented with Watts and Morgan for the last 7 years. The whole team, but in particular Jodi, have always been fantastic, even more so when we had any issues. They keep in regular contact and are available 24/7! We couldn’t fault the team in any way, by far the best letting agents we’ve dealt with! A real personalised service and a great conduit between ourselves and the landlord. Would recommend 100%

GoogleI have rented my property for over 25 years and had different agents. Watts and Morgan and especially Jodie are definitely the best and easiest I have ever dealt with. The team are all fab and have such a personal touch and genuinely care about their tenants. Nothing is too much bother for them. Keep up the good work guys.

TrustpilotAVOID RENTING 41 CLOS Y CWARRA - ROUGE LANDLORD!!!!!
Absolutely disgusting! Anyone who wants to rent and negotiate with Jodi Cavaliere, don’t!! Landlord did not secure bond and no Deposit Certificate provided as stated by JC. Landlord tried to keep hold of my money and Jodi Cavaliere appeared to go out of her way to find fault with the state of the property when I left. Wasn’t interested in helping, previous tenants also didn’t receive their bond back. DO NOT RENT 41 Clos Y Cwarra, St, Fagans. Rouge landlord produced fake invoices to try and keep deposit. Ended up going to court and I was awarded full payment of deposit and costs.

GoogleEndless emails to get anything repaired. A banister came off which took months to fix, I even had an email asking who else used the banister and how much weight did they put on it!!! Recently emailing for months to get a window handle fixed.... Total armatures.

GoogleFrom the initial valuation by Richard, the viewings by Matthew and the dealings we had with several other members of the team including Lewys, Laura and Natalie, we found the whole team to be professional and reliable with excellent communication throughout. What is usually a stressful experience - selling and moving home was made a far smoother process. Would recommend Watts and Morgan Cowbridge to anyone and will use them again in future.
