We met three agents when we were looking to sell our house, and watts and morgan were the only ones to show up on time! Tom was personable and his advice was sound and we went ahead.
From then on things only got better.
Tom was very professional and we soon had offers. Once an offer was accepted, Sarah in the office took over and she was always on the ball. Regular updates and always available to give advice.
I would not hesitate for a second to go with watts and morgan again next time.

I had an appointment to view a property marketed by this South Wales estate agency, I was phoned a little over one hour before the viewing time by the agency saying that they had to cancel the viewing due to staff not being available. I had a 100 mile round trip and over 3 hours of my time wasted. Sellers should think twice abut where they place their business as agencies which treat buyers poorly are, (as in my case, and I'm a cash buyer) likely to lose sales and not receive the best price for their property.
