GoogleThis is my experience not my opinion of the lettings "team". They are the most unprofessional organisation I have ever had to deal with ever. Communication is dreadful, maintaining the property is appalling (I feel for the Landlords) The main protagonist has now left (no surprise there) and the remaining staff have failed at every hurdle to keep the tenant informed and happy with the rental. When "heads" of departments are trying to sort out the mess its embarrassing. I have been a landlord myself for many years and waterfords fall way short of a "letting" company. No I don't want to contact the MD to discuss further, just avoid and use someone else.

GoogleI have just sold my property with Waterfords Camberley. From the very first email they have been excellent. From setting realistic expectations for time frame and asking price, through to superb communication every step of the way; emails have always been promptly replied to, calls returned, and information provided in a clear manner. I am a first time seller and they could not have made the process easier. Branch manager Nick and the whole team have been friendly and courteous. I have dealt mainly with Sandra, and I cannot commend her highly enough. She took stunning pictures of my property, used her knowledge and expertise to market the flat and secured a buyer in a very short time time. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleWaterfords have been our rental agents for just over a year, and have been excellent thus far. Our current property manager, Jack Sharples, has been outstanding at assisting us with anything that we have needed - mostly recently, the dishwasher was causing electrical issues as it was short circuiting, and he had it sorted and a new dishwasher installed within days!
