GoogleIsobel from Waterfords Yateley has been absolutely amazing! We are first time buyers and we fell in love with a home in the area, of which Izzy was showing and from the get go she was brilliant. She made the process feel so easy and has been so attentive throughout. We had a really smooth experience overall and Izzy definitely helped keep us calm, answered all our questions (however silly they were), always kept us updated with the movements of the sale as well as being a really pleasant person to work with. Highly recommend!

GoogleWe recently purchased through Waterfords and overall had a positive experience. Daniel was particularly helpful throughout the process, facilitating responses from the vendors on various queries and keeping things moving. Richard also stepped in when Daniel was unavailable, which was appreciated. As with any property purchase involving chain, the final stages can be stressful, and there were moments where we would have welcomed more proactive updates on chain progress. That said, when we did reach out, the team were always responsive and helpful. Overall we would recommend Waterfords and would use them again.

Throughout what was a very stressful and emotional time, Paul kept us updated, listened to our concerns, and made us feel like our situation mattered.
