We recently purchased through Waterfords and overall had a positive experience. Daniel was particularly helpful throughout the process, facilitating responses from the vendors on various queries and keeping things moving. Richard also stepped in when Daniel was unavailable, which was appreciated. As with any property purchase involving chain, the final stages can be stressful, and there were moments where we would have welcomed more proactive updates on chain progress. That said, when we did reach out, the team were always responsive and helpful. Overall we would recommend Waterfords and would use them again.

We honestly cannot thank Paul Draper at Waterfords Estate Agents, Camberley, enough for everything he has done for us. When we reached a point where we truly believed our house purchase had fallen through, Paul stepped in and completely turned things around. What stood out most was how much he genuinely cared. Throughout what was a very stressful and emotional time, Paul kept us updated, listened to our concerns, and made us feel like our situation mattered. Daniel has been great! We would throughly recommend using him if you are planning to buy a new home. We went into the Camberley branch and discussed with him what we wanted, he instantly knew of a property that he thought would suit our needs. Long and short of it, we ended up buying the place. We recently purchased a property in Camberley through Waterfords, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Once our offer was accepted, Richard and Aaron were incredibly helpful and proactive in moving things forward, managing to get us to exchange in around 60 days despite a chain of three properties. They were always available, returning calls promptly and never making us feel like anything was too much trouble. Richard, in particular, was a fantastic support, his deep knowledge of property really came through when helping us understand our survey results, and he spent a great deal of time on the phone to all agents in the chain ensuring the process stayed smooth and on track. I was looking for an agency I could trust. One that was not afraid to share their opinion and when invited to share ideas, did not shy away from the task. Richard and his team were up to that task and exceeded my expectation. I will not pretend that everything went smoothly. At first we had difficulty getting viewings and the feedback from prospective purchasers was not helpful. In discussions with Richard we agreed on a very proactive plan. The essence of a good plan is that both the Agent and the client can claim it was their idea. Once the plan was in motion quality viewings materialised and we had useful feedback and an offer. Throughout the sale process Terry made sure he was on top of all the activities. I know I am demanding and Terry handled my demands and occasional bad temper with calmness and good grace. All in all this team worked hard for the sale and deserve the praise they get. I am delighted with what they achieved.

Working with Waterfords has been a really easy and smooth process. I met Matt at my initial viewing and I was pleased to hear that they capped the viewing numbers to about 5 (don't quote me) for the flat I was interested in. This immediately put me at ease considering the current rental situation. Matt was really responsive and even responded to messages when he was off (sorry Matt!). For almost 6 months I have been trying to find a suitable property for my daughter to rent. It is her first move away from home so it's significant and lots to think about. I have struggled so much with mainstream estate agents, they either don't answer the phone, don't respond to messages, when/if they do eventually call back the property has been taken, with little apology or sensitivity to the disappointment and upset caused. Then comes along Matt from Waterfords. Well, what a breath of fresh air it has been to deal with him and his team. Phone is ALWAYS answered, always a friendly and helpful voice on the other end of the line and Matt has truly gone out of his way to help us find the right property for my daughter.
