My wife and I bought a 3-bed property in the area through Elise. Buying a house can be a proving ground for a stronger character, or a point of self reflection that indeed, once again, you bit off more than you can chew. Luckily, and very timely Elise nudged us to the former. She is a talented negotiator, articulate and skilled communicator with a delightful personality and efficient nature. We felt comfortable with her each step of the way whilst she problem solved in the background on our behalf. A pleasure working with the branch, no nonsense, just really good customer service. Unlike a great restaurant I will however not be returning soon, as indicated by my initial comments!

I would like to thank Shaun Barnes for all his help and advice whilst selling my property. I purchased from Waterfords and during the process I encountered a lot of stress, I know house moving is stressful but this was overly stressful. I assured Shaun of my commitments and he helped me with the understanding of the terminology of the housing market which helped me immensely. There were times he pushed me to chase my estate agent to an extent that at times I thought I would not get my property, he did it with good intentions. This is my experience not my opinion of the lettings "team". They are the most unprofessional organisation I have ever had to deal with ever. Communication is dreadful, maintaining the property is appalling (I feel for the Landlords) The main protagonist has now left (no surprise there) and the remaining staff have failed at every hurdle to keep the tenant informed and happy with the rental. When "heads" of departments are trying to sort out the mess its embarrassing. I have been a landlord myself for many years and waterfords fall way short of a "letting" company. No I don't want to contact the MD to discuss further, just avoid and use someone else.

I have just sold my property with Waterfords Camberley. From the very first email they have been excellent. From setting realistic expectations for time frame and asking price, through to superb communication every step of the way; emails have always been promptly replied to, calls returned, and information provided in a clear manner. I am a first time seller and they could not have made the process easier. Branch manager Nick and the whole team have been friendly and courteous. I have dealt mainly with Sandra, and I cannot commend her highly enough. She took stunning pictures of my property, used her knowledge and expertise to market the flat and secured a buyer in a very short time time. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
