GoogleServices offered pre contract are not those that you actually get , only promoted on 1 web portal to save money, apparently the others dont work ? Why are they still in business then?. Other forms of offered promoting again not as described or not done correctly. When pointed out problems it took 3 weeks to come back to be told it's a technical issue, again I feel it's more a cost cutting exercise.
Although plenty of viewings there was no follow up and feedback from potential buyers so therefore unable to adjust marketing.
People on mailing list were never even contacted as potential buyers again poor.
The branch manager ( Camberley) was contacted regarding all these problem and couldn't be bothered to reply, on contacting again after no reply 2 weeks later we got the answer " I gave it to a colleague who was leaving, looks like he didn't action it " What a surprise, your the manager your responsibility!
Now with another professional agent, beware all !NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
