GoogleGreat up until we had an offer accepted really friendly and on point…..then nothing but radio silence and a complete lack of communication. An utterly stressful experience in which all of us in the chain had to talk to each other to get things done.

GoogleReally disappointing service. Took days off work and yet still got cancelled on for the second time because they failed to contact the current tenant in time, leaving me with lost income and a wasted day. I will be looking for properties with another letting agent from this point on.

Our Lettings Team were promised by the current tenant that the keys would be dropped off before your viewing but they failed to do this. Our Customer Contact Centre gave you as much notice as possible when the tenant did not turn up to our office with the keys as promised. GoogleProbably the most unhelpful, lazy estate agent we've had to deal with. We bought a property from them to rent out and needed them to give a key to our letting agent, upon exchange, to allow them to market the property ASAP. Despite numerous phone calls, emails etc this still hasn't happened. Even Waterfords promise to send marketing photos to our agent hasn't happened, Waterfords also said they've called our agent numerous times which is simply not true. Their MD wrote a pretty scathing email to our solicitor blaming him for a delay in the exchange because we wanted to carry out a survey on a 4 year old property, who in their right mind doesn't ask for a survey when they're spending £350,000. If we hadn't been so far down the line with the purchase we'd have withdrawn our offer. These are the rudest, laziest most incompetent company we've ever dealt with. They wanted us to go with them for the property rental, I wouldn't trust them with a house made of Lego let alone a property we've just bought.
