FacebookCan’t thank all of the staff enough from selling our home to the purchase of our forever home, every phone call answered nothing ever too much trouble customer service second to none and worth every penny. Would recommend to anyone. (Just as a side note valuation was spot on too, another local agent would have cost us £35k if we’d have marketed with them due to their insultingly low valuation) Grovesnor know what they are doing and will sell & help you buy at the correct market value

GoogleI would like to thank Shaun Barnes for all his help and advice whilst selling my property. I purchased from Waterfords and during the process I encountered a lot of stress, I know house moving is stressful but this was overly stressful. I assured Shaun of my commitments and he helped me with the understanding of the terminology of the housing market which helped me immensely. There were times he pushed me to chase my estate agent to an extent that at times I thought I would not get my property, he did it with good intentions. Thank you Shaun I must pop into your office soon, thanks to Joe who helped me in your absence.

GoogleWe sold our house on Handford Lane through Waterfords in August. Have to say that Kier Preece and his team did a fantastic job of informing us where we were along the way. Waterfords were easy to deal with and overall, the selling process was made extremely smooth along the way.
