She helped push our sale through when it looked like the chain was breaking which we will always be indebted to her for. We would thoroughly recommend.

GoogleMy house was on the market with other agents. At that time I was looking to move within the area and Harry from Waterfords was great at keeping me posted about properties on with them that might interest me. I did sell but decided to move away to be nearer family. Unfortunately the chain fell through and viewings went quiet. To be honest a very low time for me. Just at the right time I had a call from Harry saying they'd love to help me...and he really thought they could. That afternoon Keith, the Yateley branch Manager came round and I signed a contract. Keith was friendly, respectful and professional. I just felt I could put my trust in them. How right I was...Keith carried out a viewing at my property the following morning and the couple offered straightaway! I was thrilled and so relieved. I can say from experience that Waterfords are the best agents in the area. It's hard to say exactly why but their approach is just right and whether you're a buyer or seller they instill confidence and trust. Thank you Harry and Keith!! π€π

GoogleA big thank you to Alex and Fiona for a smooth transition from the end of tenancy to the next tenants going in. It was timed very well to give us an opportunity to redecorate before the new tenants went in. All the advice and guidance on getting the property ready has been very helpful too. Waterfords must definitely be commended for their efficiency!

GoogleI have been searching for a home that has access to the outdoors and has plenty of space to offer indoors, within my tight budget. On Friday I met with Alex to view a property, he was very welcoming and allowed me the time i needed to explore the place. Today I have been in contact with Matt to make an offer on the property viewed, his support and communication has been great! GoogleCurrently having a great experience with Matthew in Waterfords. Moving to Camberley from the US, in a competitive market, so pretty stressful. Other agents never even replied to my emails, but the staff at Waterfords (so far) can't help me enough, and Matthew not only has been guiding me through the process of securing a great apartment, he's been exceptionally good natured in answering questions and helping me (even outside office hours because of the time difference).

GoogleBeing a first time renter, I had no idea where to start, in what would otherwise presumably be a daunting and stressful process. On the contrary, Waterfords has made it nothing other than a straight forward and stress free experience. Mr. Blackman has been outstanding to work with, always keeping me updated with the process and so quick to answer the phone with any question or queries I've had. With how accommodating and friendly he has been, no question has felt like a stupid question and I feel more confident than ever about moving next week.

Whilst we are still yet to find a house, Sheralee has been a highly proactive and responsive agent. I must also mention that Harry has been equally excellent.
