Nicola at Warners provided excellent support in buying our first home. We weren't familiar with the Scottish system, and she provided very good advice in terms of the home report etc.

Peter Moore was our purchase negotiator and treated us very well! He was always very easy to get hold of (via email or by phone) and was more than happy to provide any answers to our questions. As first time buyers, this was the kind of support and reassurance we were looking for! Thanks Peter!

Warners have been an efficient, well oiled machine from start to finish over the past few months. We have been stressed and panicked and have required a fair bit of reassurance and hand holding and everyone has been there for us. Thanks to Donald, Caitlyn, April (and the team), Rae and Cece. I'm sure I have left people out but my brain hasn't quite come back yet. I would have no hesitation in using Warners again or in recommending them. We found the viewings of our house difficult so maybe let them do that next time (though we hope this is our forever home). Thanks guys!

Warners were absolutely fantastic advising and acting on my behalf for a house purchase. The purchasing team making offers were completely on the ball and efficient, securing the second property I offered on through them (I had been offering for nearly 3 years through another firm and always unsuccessful due to delay in action and bad advice) and making sure I understood the conditions (or lack of) on offers I made. The legal/conveyancing team were so thorough, I felt completely confident that they would leave no stone unturned and I could rely on them. They were also fab when I needed hand holding, laying out various options for courses of action and the implications of each. Thank you to Caitlyn, Sean, Jade (& I'm sure many others behind the scenes). I would 100% recommend to anyone else for property purchasing and anticipate using them again in the future.

We were completely new to the Scottish sales process, having moved here from England (sorry) the previous year. Peter was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, very helpful and incredibly patient with our endless questions. He explained everything clearly and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would certainly use Warners again and recommend their services to anyone. A massive thanks to Peter and the whole team.

Peter was an excellent person to deal with for purchase negotiation. Due to the home owners previously having a sale fall through they were slightly on edge and wanted a letter of acceptance as a matter of urgency and Peter was very speedy with getting all the information he required to be able to do this for us. Thank you Peter for all your help.

Delighted with my first property sale experience, spanning just a few weeks from initial outreach to offer acceptance. I'd like to mention some folks, specifically: • From the first meeting with the sales manager, Donald Dallas, who shared a realistic valuation of the property, backed by evidence from prior experience. • The property team, Abby Williams, took over from there to schedule photography and surveyor appointments as soon as possible, while coordinating the sales brochure presentation. • When the listing was published, sales executive, Sarah Urquhart, diligently organised and scheduled viewing requests, while regularly calling in with feedback to make the most of our availability. • As offers/interest started coming in, sales negotiator, Eilidh Baxter, ensured we were kept up-to-speed with background context, while providing critical support and guidance during negotiation. • Following offer acceptance, legal executive, Carole Whitelaw, clarified a variety of documents to make it easier for us to smoothly process the conclusion of missives. Thank you to each member of the Warners team for contributing to this positive experience, and I'm more than happy to recommend their services.
