Booked a viewing, didnt even turn up or call. Said an email had been sent the evening before. Must have been sent to wrong address as its not in my inbox or junk mail. House isn't even under offer just they've had an offer that they might accept. Great way to sell your house under value. Bad etiquette if you ask me, if you have booked viewings I would want all the offers I could get if I was selling. Especially if they were cash buyers.

Recently used Warners for the purchase of our first property. Cece and Jade couldn't have been more supportive and helpful throughout the entire thing! Both went above and beyond to explain things to us, making sure we were fully informed at every step. Given my working hours they even accommodated my request to communicate via email as I can't take calls during the working day, which I don't doubt added some extra work to their day rather than explaining over the phone. The end invoice was exactly what we were expecting despite all of their extra efforts, and competitive to other firms, and we would definitely use them again in the future!

Cece at This practice lost us a purchase due to accusing the estate agent of being dodgy which they were not. Just unfortunately she spoke to a cantankerous man who was the owner of an attitude that mirrored her own. Cece was also obtuse & pushy With us and the estate agents. Her Manager was also not interested She slagged off the estate agency & spoke to us like wee were children At one point she Even said you need to make sure you can afford this. She appeared thorough which is positive but was ignorant and pushy at the same time. She Gave her unwanted but not accurate nor factual personal views regarding deposit gifts & how she hadn’t heard of non blood relatives gifting money. We did not appreciate this & it led us to backing out of an offer in writing. The delay cost us the purchase Avoid as the manager wasn't interested & not impressed with the first & last dealings with this company.

Used warners as a first time seller and would recommend. Gave a realistic estimation of valuation and sale price of my flat and charged reasonable fees, so I was delighted when the property sold at the top end of their estimation. More knowledgeable of the market for my property than other estate agents. Well oiled machine of specialists in their area. Minus a few tiny things, all went incredibly smoothly. Would definitely use again. Thanks to Donald, April and Chloe in particular.

** AVOID AVOID AVOID ** We dealt with Warners as first time customers dealing with both buying/selling our home and we do not recommend using them at all! From start to finish, they were not helpful in reassuring us that things were being completed / processed etc. The sale negotiator April showed clear signs of not being interested in selling our flat (it took 13 weeks and the first 6-8 weeks, she did nothing to promote it/chase up potential interest etc, and only ‘half replied to emails’. It came to a point we requested someone else! The whole process we were made to feel like we were an inconvenience and had to keep chasing warners to get things completed/updated. Throughout a process which is already stressful enough, warners did not support us or guide us smoothly through this despite the large cost of their services! We initially chose warners due to their well known name and positive online reviews however it has been demonstrated that they have really poor customer service/customer interaction levels! Would not use again ❌
