Delighted with my first property sale experience, spanning just a few weeks from initial outreach to offer acceptance. I'd like to mention some folks, specifically: • From the first meeting with the sales manager, Donald Dallas, who shared a realistic valuation of the property, backed by evidence from prior experience. • The property team, Abby Williams, took over from there to schedule photography and surveyor appointments as soon as possible, while coordinating the sales brochure presentation. • When the listing was published, sales executive, Sarah Urquhart, diligently organised and scheduled viewing requests, while regularly calling in with feedback to make the most of our availability. • As offers/interest started coming in, sales negotiator, Eilidh Baxter, ensured we were kept up-to-speed with background context, while providing critical support and guidance during negotiation. • Following offer acceptance, legal executive, Carole Whitelaw, clarified a variety of documents to make it easier for us to smoothly process the conclusion of missives. DO NOT USE THEM! We booked a viewing on a Saturday morning, we got up early and drove quite long time to the property. When it’s the appointment time, nobody answered the door and a neighbour told us the couple is on holiday. I called the agent and they said they will check, after waiting for such a while a lady told me that a agent was double booked and could come in half an hour if we can wait…of course no! We were actually quite interested in that property but because of the agent we don’t want to view it anymore.

This was the second time we used Warners to buy a property, and our first selling. The marketing team were fantastic, from when Finlay provided the estimate to organising the photos, advert, brochure, etc.to sell our property. Eilidh, Ellie, Michelle, Jordan and everyone else that helped along the way were fantastic and provided 5-star support all around. They listened to our concerns during what seemed to be a strange time for real estate, reassuring us and guiding us through the selling process. Nicola’s legal work was outstanding, from start to finish. She kept us informed, particularly during times of uncertainty, and made sure all the paperwork was done on time and we were ready to go! Being third in a chain of three came with many challenges, including concluding missives with our buyer in the afternoon of our move-out / move-in day, which was super stressful; however, Nicola remained calm and professional, and kept excellent communication lines with us, which is what we needed to get through it all. We can’t thank the Warners team enough for their advice, help and support!
