I have used warners a number of times and always been a very professional service each and every time! Alanna was absolutely amazing helping me through the process of buying a new build property. From reserving the home to completion was much faster than we anticipated but Alanna was there every step of the way to support. I have to admit that I chose Warners at random for both the sale and purchase of my recent properties and was incredibly lucky in doing so. Chloe Smith was the solicitor that acted for us and she was absolutely fantastic. Warners were absolutely fantastic advising and acting on my behalf for a house purchase. The purchasing team making offers were completely on the ball and efficient, securing the second property I offered on through them (I had been offering for nearly 3 years through another firm and always unsuccessful due to delay in action and bad advice) and making sure I understood the conditions (or lack of) on offers I made. The legal/conveyancing team were so thorough, I felt completely confident that they would leave no stone unturned and I could rely on them. They were also fab when I needed hand holding, laying out various options for courses of action and the implications of each. Thank you to Caitlyn, Sean, Jade (& I'm sure many others behind the scenes). I would 100% recommend to anyone else for property purchasing and anticipate using them again in the future.
