Our mortgage advisor Luka suggested Warner's solicitors to us, so we got in contact with them and were paired up with Rhonda. Rhonda is a NATIONAL TREASURE! Apart from having a wonderful bubbly personality, she is also extremely organized, helpful and informative. As first time buyers, we were very nervous about going through the process of buying a house, but Rhonda made sure that we knew exactly what was happening every step of the way, helping us understand all the big scary documents and ensuring that our minds were at ease throughout the full process. Even at the end, when there some delay in getting our keys, because the sellers lawyers were very disorganized and left everything to last minute, Rhonda was not only In contact with us the entire time, but she was also in constant contact with the sellers solicitors, fighting on our behalf for them to speed their butts up.
