Booked a viewing, didnt even turn up or call. Said an email had been sent the evening before. Must have been sent to wrong address as its not in my inbox or junk mail. House isn't even under offer just they've had an offer that they might accept. Great way to sell your house under value. Bad etiquette if you ask me, if you have booked viewings I would want all the offers I could get if I was selling. Especially if they were cash buyers.

I had a very positive experience with Warners, specifically Karolina Zawislak who I instructed to undertake 4 property transfers. This work should have taken 2 months at the most, but due to delays from the buyer this took much longer. Karolina was professional, knowledgeable and consistently produced higher quality and accurate work compared to the buyer's solicitor who was much senior. Karolina's communication was exemplary. As well as being so professional and competent she was also understanding, kind and empathic making the whole process which so much more manageable and less stressful. I can't thank her enough for her professionalism and her sensitivity through the process. I would highly recommend Karolina and would definitely work with her again in the future.

Warners in Edinburgh was responsible for both the purchase and sale of properties in my name in April 2026. They were prompt to visit my old property for initial quotes, offering a favourable rate compared to their competitors that I spoke with, so I proceeded with them on this occasion and I would be happy to do so again in future following this experience. Initially I spoke with Ryan, one of their Sales Negotiators, to manage viewings and offers for my old property. Ryan provided valuable advise to expedite the sale of my old property ahead of a purchase deadline which we did meet, for which I am grateful. I was then transferred to Alanna, one of their Solicitors, to facilitate the legal sale and purchase. Alanna provided regular updates on progress and promptly replied to all my questions. Since the purchase completed, Alanna has also been proactive in helping me retrieve parcels delivered in error to the old property.
