GoogleWe sold our flat recently through Warners. The selling team in Edinburgh and Portobello offices were exceptional. Warners make use of third parties for some specialised tasks. These were well chosen and all contributed to a good outcome. Our property was nicely presented online and in the brochure. The flat was unfurnished at viewing but we made use of some 'virtual staging' photos to give an idea of how the flat could look furnished. I felt the valuation price to be on the low side, but need not have worried as the property went to a closing date and sold at a fair price, well over the asking and valuation. There was good communication and good advice throughout the selling process. We were delighted that for us it only took 12 days from appearing on ESPC website to the closing date and offer. The conveyancing took longer - about 7 weeks from offer to settlement - but that's fairly normal.

GoogleWarners and, in particular, Chloe and Simona, have been amazing and helped me every step of the way as I got on the property ladder for the first time. All of the legal jargon was explained in normal terms and I was updated every step of the way through the process of buying a property and what was and wasn't happening. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you for everything.

GoogleWe received a great service from Chloe Smith with the purchase of our new home. She was very responsive to emails and made the process as seamless as possible. We also had a post-completion issue to be sorted and Chloe helped us in a very efficient way. We would highly recommend Chloe and Caitlyn as they turned an otherwise daunting process into something transparent, comfortable and easy.

GoogleUsed warners as a first time seller and would recommend. Gave a realistic estimation of valuation and sale price of my flat and charged reasonable fees, so I was delighted when the property sold at the top end of their estimation. More knowledgeable of the market for my property than other estate agents. Well oiled machine of specialists in their area. Minus a few tiny things, all went incredibly smoothly. Would definitely use again. Thanks to Donald, April and Chloe in particular.

GoogleWarners acted for us when we recently sold our flat in Glasgow and during the purchase of a house in the country. The entire process was handled with extreme professionalism and we felt confident that everything was in good hands. Sean acted as our solicitor throughout the conveyancing process with legal support from Jade, both kept us engaged throughout the full process. Everything was explained to us in clear terms and they were always very responsive whenever we had any queries. We had some complications with our flat sale due to ACM cladding but Warners were able to successfully overcome any obstacles that this presented, our situation added some complexities to the process which Warners handled excellently thus putting our minds at rest. The house purchase also presented challenges due to historical building warrants which were difficult to obtain, again, Warners performed very thorough research into this to obtain the necessary assurances to allow the purchase to proceed. We had full confidence in the team as everything was expertly handled. I thoroughly recommend Warners and will use them again in future.

GoogleI used Warners to sell my old flat and buy a new one. At the beginning it was a positive experience. However, after moving into the new flat I found a few faults, including a leaking boiler. I emailed Mary my solicitor from Warners including pictures of a badly water damaged cupboard the boiler was in. She replied she was contacting the seller's solicitor. The seller then sent an unqualified person who couldn't fix it but he was claiming he ordered parts. That was the last time I heard from him. I sent a few other emails to my solicitor from Warners but she simply stopped replying to me. I emailed another solicitor from Warners but that email was ignored by them too. It cost me 3k to replace it. If you use them to buy be careful, when the fees are paid and there is a problem you're on your own. I was also told (over 6 months ago) that I would be sent title deeds for the property and I still haven't received them. I called and spoke to Mary, I asked if she could chase it for me. She simply said "there is nothing I can do for you"

GoogleUsed Warners to sell our house. The knowledge imparted to us and advice received from our Sales Negotiation Manager Michelle Brownlee was excellent and second to none. She was always on hand to offer ideas on the best strategy to achieve a sale and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Nothing was too much trouble.
