GoogleWarners managed the sale of my flat and purchase of my new house. We got quotes from three major Estate Agents in Edinburgh and theirs was most competitive. And the service they provided was first class. Our special thanks to Michelle Brownlee and Mary Hurst who managed the negotiations and legals. They kept us up to date and offered useful guidance at crucial points. We would highly recommend Warners.
Thanks for such a fantastic review Remi!

GoogleExcellent service throughout and would highly recommend Warners. As I was selling a buy to let property whilst not living in the city I relied on Warners excellent service to arrange the viewings etc and they made this stress free for me. Once the sale was agreed Gareth and Mary were very efficient and got everything in place with minimal involvement for myself. I was very impressed with the service from start to finish and can’t recommend them enough!
Thanks for the great feedback Barry!

GoogleDisappointed by the service received by Jazmin (among others) at Warners. Pros: They're friendly. Cons: - There have been slopppy errors in communication, including repeatedly referencing the wrong property address and getting our names wrong in emails. Pretty basic stuff to get wrong on multiple occasions. - Also, there have been lenghy response times to emails sent in, out of office returns midway through email trails with no warning or handover from the person you're speaking with and then I have had to repeatedly prompt for updates on progress. All-in-all they've added stress to what is already a stressful process! There are quite a few positive reviews here, so probably best to view my experience along with the others, but I wouldn't be likely to recommend them or use them again. Update: Catherine at Warners definitely improved my view. As soon as soon as she took over the transaction everything went really smoothly, kept us up to date and felt like a safe pair of hands!

GoogleWarners have been helping with the sale of our flat and with bidding on new properties. We've now sold within 2 weeks and they've been highly professional and helpful, explaining all the steps of the process, providing transparent cost breakdowns, have been easy to contact 7 days a week and provided helpful advice to guide us with some of our decision making. Every member of staff we spoke with has been friendly and helpful, in particular Donald Dallas, Alex McKinley and Peter Moore.
Delighted the team were on hand to help you with buying and selling! All the best in your new home.

GoogleJust used Warners to buy our first home. As first time buyers I've heard stories from friends, about having to constantly chase solicitors and how they're the hardest part of buying a house, after going through the process I agree. The person who dealt with our case was a trainee and I understand that everyone needs to learn some how, but for the biggest purchase of our life and the first time we've done this, I wish we had someone more experienced. We had to chase for updates, emails with queries never got answered. The one time we went in, we sat in a little room for 40 minutes before they came in and saw us and this is only because I had to go out and ask what was happening. When they came in, they said their colleagues didn't tell her we were here, throwing your colleagues under the bus to save face is unprofessional in my opinion. The good side to it, was the house sale went through and anytime we had to call up, they would pick up. If I decide to move home, Warners will not be who I use.
Really sorry to hear about your experience here, we will take this feedback on board to make sure a similar situation doesn't arise again. I appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review.
