GoogleUsed Warners for both the sale and purchase of a new home. Achieved a good selling price and everything went smoothly, constant communication throughout the process. They weren't the cheapest (or actually the most expensive quote I got), but they know the Edinburgh market better than anyone and you really are in safe hands with them. Thanks especially to Cece for help with the purchase and Mary for the conveyancing side.

GoogleI have to admit that I chose Warners at random for both the sale and purchase of my recent properties and was incredibly lucky in doing so. Chloe Smith was the solicitor that acted for us and she was absolutely fantastic. I was dreading the whole process as my previous solicitor was useless but Chloe was attentive, responded promptly and took great care of what is often a very stressful situation. The whole process was so pain free I can’t quite believe it as I sit writing this review in my new home. Thanks Chloe!

GoogleJust sold and bought a property in Edinburgh and we had the pleasure of working with Chloe Smith from Warner’s to manage both transactions. We were so, so impressed by the service we received from Chloe and the whole team. From start to finish the process was smooth and professionally managed. Chloe gave us regular updates, managed our expectations and always replied to messages or emails in very short order. She was able to offer appropriate reassurance to us in what can be a very stressful time. I can’t recommend Chloe or Warners highly enough. Thank you so much for looking after us so well.

GoogleAlanna was absolutely amazing helping me through the process of buying a new build property. From reserving the home to completion was much faster than we anticipated but Alanna was there every step of the way to support. She was always very quick and responsive if I needed anything, she explained every step clearly and made the entire thing feel much less stressful than I expected! Could not be happier with the service from all of the team at Warners, and would highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a home (especially a new build)

GoogleWe had a brilliant experience with warners. They were so professional, had great communication and were very supportive throughout the whole process. Everything went really smoothly and we couldn’t recommend them enough! We had a previous bad experience with another estate agent who had pretty poor communication so switching to warners was like a breath of fresh air! They came straight in with great advice and supported us the whole way through. We had Amanda who was especially fab!
