GoogleCurrently in the process of selling our property and buying using Warner’s - Rae and Tanisha were great in assisting with the marketing, with our property being under offer within 7 days of going on the market. Both are very efficient and provide great service with keeping us up to speed with everything.
Thank you Zoe! It’s always wonderful to hear when a client has had a great experience with us.

GoogleFound signage stuck behind our bins. We bought the house back in November, but instead of removing the “sold” sign, the agent decided to hide it behind our driveway bins. Hugely unprofessional. This was the Corstorphine branch, hoping the rest will be better.

GoogleAppalling experience as a buyer with one negotiator who makes no attempt to negotiate and uses dismissiveness, bordering on contempt, as her main approach. I would like to request a substitute negotiator to deal with our offers, one who understands the importance of being courteous and respectful to buyers and is also prepared to answer reasonable questions put by a buyer who is completely new to the Edinburgh market.

GoogleI am very pleased with the services provided by Warners. They responded to all my queries and supported me through all the stages of selling my house. I found their customer service quick, efficient, professional and supportive. Warners negotiated the best offer for me. My special thanks go to Amanda who helped me negotiate the most suitable moving date which made the whole process stress free and as comfortable as possible in my circumstances. Thank you so much, Amanda!

GoogleRecently used Warners for the purchase of our first property. Cece and Jade couldn't have been more supportive and helpful throughout the entire thing! Both went above and beyond to explain things to us, making sure we were fully informed at every step. Given my working hours they even accommodated my request to communicate via email as I can't take calls during the working day, which I don't doubt added some extra work to their day rather than explaining over the phone. The end invoice was exactly what we were expecting despite all of their extra efforts, and competitive to other firms, and we would definitely use them again in the future!
Thank you for such a lovely review Alexandra! I'll pass your kind comments onto Jade & Cece!

GoogleThis was easily one of the best experiences I've ever had. Incredibly professional, friendly and responsive. The whole proces of buying my first flat was incredibly smooth thanks to Nicola, who was arranging all the paperwork for me. Everything was professionaly arranged and I didn't have to worry about a single thing. I've been recommending them to all my friends ever since, and it will be my first choice again in the future if I need a solicitor.
Brilliant feedback Joanna, all the very best in your first home!

GoogleI would like to say Warners are professional from start to finish with old school customer values. Ellen made everything simple in both our house purchase and a separate small legal matter. Once you have used this company they definitely go the extra mile in providing a top 5 star service and they remember the most important thing! Customer Care.
Thanks for your kind words Brian!
