GoogleIt appears i am another unfortunate resident of this horrible management company. Our apartment has been cleaned maybe four times since the beginning of covid-19, despite several complaints. Photos added show to mess and insect infestation. Now they have started giving out parking tickets to residents for parking in there own car parking spot, during the current climate when many residents are currently out of work and already struggling to make end meet. Ironically Michael Howard, the Director of this company, quoted "I was living in an apartment block in central Manchester where the managing agent wasn’t very good and there was no customer care or even basic enquiry handling service. I set about designing a service solution that was not just competent but that really listened and delivered the voice of the customer." Truly inspiring quote by the MD, quite the wordsmith. CLEAN YOUR PROPERTY, CHANGE YOUR POLICY!!

GoogleLive at an Urban Bubble managed block in Birmingham. Electricity costs through the roof and management team refusing to do anything. Promise a lot, delivery very little for an pretty expensive rent.

GoogleMy deposit hasn’t been returned despite moving out 4 months ago. Andrew is unashamedly ignoring my emails at this point which is extremely frustrating. GoogleAbsolutely awful. Trying to sell my home which is unfortunately managed by them. It’s taken weeks for me to get a response from them regarding a form they need to complete, no one answers the phone (I have called 32 times this morning), they are unhelpful and don’t answer questions. Someone actually told me she couldn’t answer my legal question because it wasn’t her department then went on to tell me she was the only one on the legal department She also told me I can do my own management pack, which I did, then told me she won’t fill in the LPE1 form without paying them £300 I honestly can’t believe how incredibly unhelpful urban bubble are and it goes without saying that I can’t WAIT to moveNegativeResponsiveness, Value

GoogleUrban bubble were the property managers of Maine place for some time and let me tell you this....they are the absolute worst company. They don't pay their suppliers, they mishandled the heating and electric leading to massive debt. Completely unresponsive and unprofessional company that quite frankly should not be trading at all. Avoid them at all costs.

GoogleNo regard for client satisfaction or service. I have had my property with for nearly 6 years yet I can never contact the same person and now they been investigating my complaint for 4 weeks with no one accepting responsibility. GoogleIf you ever see an apartment from urban bubble, whether they own it or just manage it, RUN AWAY! It's by far the worst managing company I have ever had to deal with. I lived in 2 properties managed by them in Manchester and both had the same problems: no care, noises, parcel stolen, cars broken into, bikes stolen, people going into the building,.... Also if your property group on Facebook is managed by urbanbubble, just expect them to delete anything that will make them look bad...NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleHonestly the worst company I have ever dealt with in any capacity. Nothing ever gets done. I've lived in my flat for over five years and there are issues I've had since I moved in that they still haven't bothered to resolve. The worst of it is they just completely ignore your emails, phone calls etc. I've lodged a complaint with them which changed absolutely nothing. Google**DO NOT** employ this 'property management' company to look after your building. There seems to be similar issues in all residential buildings listed under them; security breaches such as cars being broken into, bikes and parcels being stolen, lifts out out order for over a year and cladding issues. All this and they continue to increase and overspend on service charge. They do not care for the safety of their residence. They have no idea what they are doing. They have been thrown off other residential properties they 'managed' in the past and I can not wait fro them to be thrown off others.
