GoogleI live in Parkside Fallowfield. Just wanted to say that Urbanbubble are doing an excellent job here. Mark and Ste especially, always punctual, friendly, responsive to tenants needs, and keep the environment tidied up!

GooglePosted a review earlier but had to edit and reupload with evidence since the company decided not to take responsibility and try lie. Very unprofessional service, booked a viewing for 11 and they moved that to 1:30 last minute. at 1:20 they text me to cancel the booking even though i was pretty much outside the property. They then told me i could still view the property but left me outside the property for 40 mins and all calls to them were unanswered. Would 100% avoid, if arranging a simple property viewing is beyond them and they can’t seem to accept responsibility then there isn't much hope.

GoogleHad a few issues with this company in view of washing facilities being broken. After a couple of frustrating weeks, things are back on track. Urban bubble did make an effort to contact me to apologize and explain. Good service has resumed.

GoogleTheir lack of competence is actually quite remarkable - parcels stolen, power switched off 6 times and counting in the past couple of weeks, total lack of communication. Ignore whatever spiel urbanbubble write in response to this review - they are a joke.

Hi Alex. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are genuinely sorry for the issues you have experienced on site. We regularly remind residents that parcels should not be left in reception, as your building does not have a concierge service. We can appreciate how frustrating this is, and we are doing what we can to mitigate this, including liaising with the police, and providing CCTV where possible. We have been aware of the power outages, and of course understand the great amount of stress, inconvinience and frustration this has caused. We have had contractors on site for the last two days, since we were notified of the full outage, working to get this resolved. We understand that nothing we say can make this situation better, but please rest assured we are working on a fix. We currently have one of our contractors, along with a staff member on site, in the lobby to answer any questions and concerns. They will be present between 14.00 - 15.00. The power may go intermittently throughout today, as we fix the fuse behind the faulty isolator. Thank you

GoogleUB have been proactive and informative in all their dealings in regards to property management, especially with regards to the cladding issue surrounding Advent 2/3. GoogleThis company is disgraceful, I moved into my new place a week ago with no power they have been unhelpful and originally said they don’t manage the property when they clearly do. I have explained to them many and many times that this is unsafe and unlivable with no shower no lights nothing. They’re out of hours line just passed you on to more and more people who don’t help. The organisation of this company is truly awful and no one seems to have any compassion or drive to try and help you, it’s always someone else’s fault with urban bubble which is such a shame because in such an exciting time when moving it’s been ruined by living in the dark and not being able to shower for a week.

GoogleDreadful company, please do not rent a property that urbanbubble manages, they couldn't manage their way out of a bin. Excelsior Works in Manchester has had months of disruption to the hot water (including 10 consecutive days without any hot water whatsoever) and urbanbubble have communicated poorly on the issues, have repeatedly failed to apologise for disruption during apparent "fixes" that they know about, and just aren't interested in offering compensation. Ironically, when you want to report hot water issues (or any maintenance issue), Excelsior Works doesn't even show up in the form, so you can't complete the form, it's inexcusable and infuriating. Avoid like the plague.

GoogleMark in Albert House has been absolutely fantasitc at taking care of the communal spaces. My guests that have visited have often commented on how clean and nice smelling the building is. Thanks Mark for making it such a pleasent place to be and live!

GoogleNot particularly easy to get hold of, I'm unclear on the schedule of gladding works that is happening currently. Having said that, most building management companies leave a lot to be desired, I have seen worse. I've since received a prompt reply to my review, which earns them an extra star - from 2 to 3. I will monitor service over the next year and see how things go.
