I am thoroughly impressed with the cleaning services at Queens Terrace Apartment, especially by one of the team. He bring a sense of friendliness and joy to his work that is truly refreshing. The public areas are always immaculate and welcoming, thanks to his dedication and attention to detail. He goes above and beyond to ensure everything is spotless, and his cheerful demeanor brightens up the entire complex. Urban Bubble is fortunate to have such a dedicated and enthusiastic cleaner. Highly recommended!

John, our building supervisor has been very helpful the last few weeks. Ive had some decorating done and new furniture delivered for my flat and he has helped me shift waste packaging and old pieces of furniture down to the bin room, ready for collection. He also keeps the property clean and tidy, where he can, and always reads my utility metres when requested. He is a friendly and very reliable guy.

PARKGATE: shocking. I had a smoke alarm that wasn’t working for the entirety of my tenancy. A leak in the bathroom that took weeks to fix and continue to drip. When vacating the property, I requested to be present at the checkout inventory, as per my legal right to be. I was informed that I could not attend, and they would not provide the time of the checkout. When returning keys, I was advised that they needed to dropped at an address that was 45mins drive from the property, the address on the email was incorrect, when arriving, there’s a note on the door stating that you need to then walk to another address. They then have the audacity to state that if your keys are returned post 12pm (afternoon), you will charged a daily charge late return of the keys! They are my keys until midnight that day, for when I have paid rent until. Wild goose chase just to return a set of keys. I’ve had issues with them over email regards the return of my deposit, following concerns from other tenants who have stated have had issues. I’ve left that apartment in an expectational condition, and have taken appropriate photographs and videos. My next steps are the housing ombudsman, to report unsafe and unsatisfactory services that would be reasonably expected from tennant. The only upside, was the apartment itself was actually well presented and Dana on the concierge desk, is an absolute gem.

Apart from Nick, who has been ALWAYS punctual, attentive, caring & extremely helpful, the rest of the Company is a complete disaster! You just cannot rely on them, and the last example is the chaos and the awful situation they put me through after what it was supposed to be a basic & ordinary "fire inspection". They do really live in their own bubble, where customers' needs are not considered and poor service is their signature! And knowing that my landlord pays these clowns a big amount of money every Year to do NOTHING or make mistakes, it totally drives me crazy. WORST Company ever!!! Ps. Their replies in the last 2 days are only LIES and simply laughable! I would go out my way to discourage others from using this Company's services, PROMISE!!! Ps. They are changing their name, finally. Urban Lazy Bubble!!!

As outlined in correspondence sent to you, the routine fire door inspection which took place within your apartment and the fact the fire alarm for the building sounded yesterday were unrelated matters. I am sorry for the inconvenience which was caused by the fire alarm sounding, however this happened beyond our control.

I have had a really bad experience with them, been living with a broken window for over one year now and they are not responsive even after following up with them countless times yet they keep charging me full rent and even added the rent prices
