Mark always provides meter readings in a timely fashion, pretty much with a few hours of the request every single time! 5 stars for him. In terms of urban bubble, we have been pretty disappointed with the handling of the construction work on our building with respect to communication about the delayed timelines.

If you're dealing with Xavier - just don't take the property. He genuinely has 0 clue what he is doing. He was 30 minutes late to our viewing and I saw him outside on the phone and he tried saying he only just got there. He laughed at us down the phone because we stated the property is not in a good condition. It's clear hes never worked in property before and hasn't received any form of training. As for UrbanBubbles apartments - they are nothing like the videos they send. They are awful. Avoid at all cost.

Avoid this company...the worst property management company ever. I would give zero star if I could. I use their service as a landlord because it's compulsory in the contract with the developert. There were two times that they were not aware that my tenants didn't pay the rent for a few months. They only became aware when I reached out to ask them regarding the overdue rent. They have the worst customer service team and there's usually very slow or zero response from their customer service team. It's a total nightmare dealing with them

This agency is SHOCKING. Liaised with someone called Zak the whole time who was equally diabolical and doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing. After passing the property back over at the end of tenancy, we heard nothing for weeks re the security deposit of £1400, constant chase ups and promises to return calls then never did, then finally got in touch and claimed they had arranged for the property had been deep clean fee of £234 which would be deducted from the deposit. The flat did NOT require this, it was professionally deep cleaned for £250 the day before we moved out and I provided the cleaning invoice. After that, they proceeded to ignore all emails/calls despite still withholding the full £1400. We had no option to reach out to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (who protect the security deposits) and raise a dispute. They reached out to Urban Bubble and they had a month to respond. As expected, they also got ignored so the scheme have now returned the full deposit amount to us (5 months after moving out). Urban Bubble rely on people being complacent and not questioning their antics. Do not let this company steal your money.

I recently moved into Vantage Quay. It’s a great place to live. Mark the caretaker was really welcoming and is always cheery and helpful, we’re lucky to have him here. But only 4 stars because Urban Bubble’s legal department took 4 weeks to acknowledge my taking over the apartment, and that was with me hassling them to get on with it.

**Fraud - Avoid This Agency** I bought an apartment in Manchester for investment in a prime location where letting usually takes only weeks. The agency asked me to sign a management agreement claiming free snagging and letting. They claimed the apartment was perfect post-snagging. There was zero follow-up and nothing was reported to the developer for fixing. They started letting my apartment, but I heard nothing from them for 3 months. When I reached out, they suggested I buy furniture or lower the price, which I agreed, yet it remained unrented. I decided to switch agencies and requested my keys back. They refused unless I paid a £480 cancellation fee, citing a landlord agreement that mentioned nothing about this. After a difficult conversation, I paid, but they still refused to release the keys, demanding my new agency's ID scanned into their system, which was unreasonable. The staff was very rude. This agency is spam. Avoid at all costs.
