GoogleWe recently sold our house with the Diss office. Richard and his Team were brilliant - they kept us informed at all times, chased the chain and updated even when there was nothing new. I would highly recommend TW Gaze and would have no reservations over using them again. Thanks Richard!!

Thanks Neil. Glad to know all went well and I’ll pass this on to Richard

GoogleWe recently used TW Gaze to purchase our property. I can honestly say that the process was smooth from start to finish. I mainly dealt with Kyrena who became my go to when I didn't understand something that was happening. Her knowledge and easy going manner made the even less stressful. Thank you to all the team for helping us find our dream home.

GoogleI was selling my parents' home, as they had gone into residential care. The TW Gaze team were very helpful with all aspects of the sale and were very good at keeping us informed. They found us buyers very quickly, unfortunately they pulled out, but TW Gaze soon found us another buyer. I wasn't initially happy with the order of the photos of the bungalow on the website, but as soon as I mentioned this, it was sorted. Lee dealt with the sale and was very helpful and efficient. I would recommend TW Gaze.

GoogleAs John Ruskin said, ‘All great and beautiful work has come of first Gazing….’ (!) I bought my home through TW Gaze recently, and start to finish (which, thanks to Kate & Sarah, was not very long at all!) the service was way beyond anything I have experienced with any other estate agent. The staff are highly professional and with unparalleled expertise in the region, but at the same time extremely friendly, with no mile too far to go to help progress the purchase. This level of service does not happen by itself, nor overnight (and it has taken TW Gaze 170 years to become this good, so other agents are at least a century behind!), and it speaks volumes of the philosophy within the company and their commitment to giving such a high-quality service. I have used TW Gaze now for both purchase and sale of homes, and I could not have been in better hands. Buying or selling: “Be amazed, be TW Gaze’d.”

GoogleWithout their help and expertise I don't think would have completed our sale. In particular, Katie Day went beyond to help us.
Agent replied · 14 May 2025
Thanks for your kind words Colin, will ensure Katie hears as she will be thrilled. Pleased you’ve been happy with the service received.

GoogleFantastic team and unlike many other firms, wonderful aftercare. Regular updates to make sure all loose ends tied up. Critical in ensuring the sale went through in a tight timescale pre Christmas. Particular mentions go to Sarah, Katie, Richard and Mike for their support. 5 stars.

TrustpilotFriendly and honest experience
Some people on this site have been disappointed by items they have bought sight unseen. The answer is to phone for a free condition report before bidding. The auction room assistants go to great lengths to provide an honest report. As a buyer and seller over three decades, I have found the staff to be friendly, helpful and willing to point out defects which I haven't seen myself.

GoogleTo date we have both bought & sold a property with TW Gaze and are in the process of actively buying another using the extremely professional and friendly team that head up the Diss office. We cannot recommend enough the total service package the team provides and although each individual member is up to speed and able to provide a response to any situation or question that may arise, special mention must be made for Kate & Sarah who went the extra mile in helping us complete a particularly difficult sale.

GoogleI have been working with TW Gaze for around 5 months now and today we agreed on a sale. This wouldn’t have happened without a lot of hard work and perseverance throughout this difficult time in the current market. All of this has been down to Holly. All I can say is WOW. What an amazing young woman. Not only has she been incredibly informative and consistently kept me up to date with weekly communication, she’s also shown me kindness and patience and has been a positive shining light in what’s felt like a tough few months. She’s completely tailored my experience to me and understood my needs. She’s never treated me like just another customer, she’s always made me feel important, heard and has been so understanding throughout this whole process. Holly is someone who you can put your complete trust in and she will deliver. I feel so grateful that I was able to have someone like her on board with the sale of my property and I will genuinely miss speaking with her. I really hope this review persuades anyone who’s looking to sell a property to go with TW Gaze. I couldn’t have had a more positive experience, this company has a real family feeling and will make you feel right at home from your first contact. I have felt so looked after, this could have been a really stressful experience but it was made so much easier with Holly’s support.

GoogleTw gaze were amazing with our house sale, inparticular Kyrena was efficient and professional from start to finish going above and beyond in her duties, she really did make the house sale happen and followed it through, updating me all the time, any estate agents would be very lucky to have her as a member of staff. Would highly recommend x

GoogleSarah was absolutely amazing, she kept everyone in the chain up to date and really pushed the solicitors to keep the process moving. I cannot recommend her highly enough she made what can be a painful and stressful process one we could manage and without her help I don’t think we would have completed. Thanks you so much for everything you did for us. Andy and Jen
