GoogleI did a formal assessment of local estate agents before engaging TW Gaze, who scored the highest using the 10c framework. Kate was the initial person I dealt with, with Sarah being our negotiator. I know Sarah sheilded me from the demands of my purchasers and we got our asking price. Would recommend.

GoogleWe are very satisfied with the service we've received from Gaze estate agents. Everyone in the Diss office, (Carol, Sarah and Zoe), kept us well informed throughout, without inundating us with unnecessary emails. From the initial evaluation through the negotiating phase, to Completion of the sale, communication was timely, clear and friendly, and we always felt confident that the whole process was in safe, experienced hands. I was selling my late mother's property from abroad, so it was also very convenient to have the interface with Gaze auction rooms to streamline the removal of furniture and house contents. Pauline, in the auction rooms office, was especially kind and patient, explaining the auction process, booking haulage, and putting us in touch with a house clearance company. Thank you all for a very professional service !

GoogleTW gaze offered an excellent service. Compared to some of the big chains there was a no pressure approach, at no point did I feel that there was a hard sell on any other products and that was such a relief, there was no additional charges for photographs and no sneaky hidden costs. They updated us even when there wasn’t much to update and always replied to emails promptly, they listened to our requests when we wanted to change things to try and boost the sale and we’re an excellent go between the other estate agents and solicitors. We’re now in our beautiful new house and couldn’t be happier!

GoogleI thought selling my late Uncles property 160 miles away from my home could possibly be a challenge, but exactly the opposite. The team at Diss office were amazing. Great communications, handled lots of viewings, were very professional and gave great advice where needed. A shout out for Richard, Sarah, Alison, Kate, Roberta, Morgana and Carol I cant thank you enough. I will be sad to hand it over in a couple of weeks but have lots of happy memories. Thank you and well done.

Unethical when you bid online. I have bought both online and in the saleroom. I have had a few issues with these guys when bidding online. Mostly, the description has no mention of damage - even extensive damage - and I have purchased a few items which have been badly damaged but the photos or description don't show this. Also experienced winning online, told I have won, gone to pick up and told it was sold to someone in the saleroom. Their fees for bidding online are excessive, and yet there is little guarantee of good service. 1st time I registered to bid online they charge my card 10p. 2nd time, 20p, 3rd 30p, 4th 40p? ?? What is that all about? Other auctions authenticate your card with a 1p transaction! Never a buyer or seller will I longer be - though have spent loads withe these over the years. Their loss for shoddy practices!

Emailed TW Gaze, appointment made for valuation couple of days later with expert, had good valuation. Left two pieces, sold couple of weeks later above valuation. Paid a few days later. Simple, professional and very happy. Listened to live auction online. 5 stars. Believe me, I know vendors who have a problems with other so called reputable auction houses, my experience with Gaze was stress free.

GoogleI was buying a house through TW Gaze and even though I wasn't actually their client they were incredible with myself and husband helping the sales process go through efficiently and effectively. Nothing was too much trouble and they had a very high level of professionalism and customer service. Everyone at Wymondham TW Gaze was fantastic but an extra thank you to Sophie Medler who is a shining star. You made a very stressful situation buying a house and the whole process it entails alot less stressful. If I wanted to sell my home today I wouldn't go anywhere else other than TW Gaze I know I would be in safe hands.

Online Bid for a table, photos made it look in really good condition and the listing contained no details of any damage. I won and went to collect and it's badly scratched, dented and sun damaged. Poor listing practices.

GoogleWe've moved house a number of times in our lives and TW Gaze is the best Estate Agent we've ever dealt with. All the staff - Sophie, Richard, Holly, Kyrena and Carol - are without exception top rate at their jobs. Communication is regular, efficient, professional and friendly. The photos and brochure produced by Sophie was top notch and as a result our house sold very quickly. Can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleUseless, lazy and incompetent with no knowledge of rental laws. We have been left with a hole in the roof for 10 years now with no action taken apart from trying to blame us for the wet patch saying we don't open the windows. We have been left with a fence down for nearly a year annoying our new neighbours and we also have a condemned boiler which is rusted inside and has a broken seal. Seriously they taped the seal and put smoke alarm in kitchen, as if this will make us feel safe. The rental team also refused to deal with a rat problem in the loft.the eaves are open andas I said there is a hole in the roof, this is the landlords responsibility but they just as usual couldn't be bothered. There's more but you get the gist
