We recently viewed a property with TW Gaze and although it wasn't the right one for us, the lady who showed us the property - Gail, was so knowledgeable about the property and area. We felt she had really researched the potential of the property and offered some really useful tips as to how it could be improved. It was refreshing to view a property with someone who had a wealth of knowledge and was genuinely enthusiastic about her job, would definitely view another property with this agency.

Confirmed viewing, no agent attended and no response to calls. We had a viewing arranged for 2:00pm, which required a 124-mile journey each way (248 miles round trip). My wife and I took a full day off work to attend. No one from the estate agent turned up. We waited at the property for an hour and a half. During this time, we left two voicemail messages, but nobody returned our calls, either at the time or afterwards. As a result, we wasted an entire day and around £60, £70 in fuel costs, with no explanation or apology. While mistakes can happen, the complete lack of attendance and follow-up communication was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I’m leaving this review so others are aware and can take extra care before committing significant time, travel, and expense with this agent.

I have been working with TW Gaze for around 5 months now and today we agreed on a sale. This wouldn’t have happened without a lot of hard work and perseverance throughout this difficult time in the current market. All of this has been down to Holly. All I can say is WOW. What an amazing young woman. Not only has she been incredibly informative and consistently kept me up to date with weekly communication, she’s also shown me kindness and patience and has been a positive shining light in what’s felt like a tough few months. She’s completely tailored my experience to me and understood my needs. She’s never treated me like just another customer, she’s always made me feel important, heard and has been so understanding throughout this whole process. Holly is someone who you can put your complete trust in and she will deliver. I feel so grateful that I was able to have someone like her on board with the sale of my property and I will genuinely miss speaking with her. I really hope this review persuades anyone who’s looking to sell a property to go with TW Gaze. I couldn’t have had a more positive experience, this company has a real family feeling and will make you feel right at home from your first contact. I have felt so looked after, this could have been a really stressful experience but it was made so much easier with Holly’s support.

I was buying a house through TW Gaze and even though I wasn't actually their client they were incredible with myself and husband helping the sales process go through efficiently and effectively. Nothing was too much trouble and they had a very high level of professionalism and customer service. Everyone at Wymondham TW Gaze was fantastic but an extra thank you to Sophie Medler who is a shining star. You made a very stressful situation buying a house and the whole process it entails alot less stressful. If I wanted to sell my home today I wouldn't go anywhere else other than TW Gaze I know I would be in safe hands.

I have been dealing with T W Gaze since 2010, first in Diss, and then in Wymondham. They arranged Common Law Tenancy for my plot of grazing land in Blacksmith's Lane, Ashwellthorpe. I was selling my parents' home, as they had gone into residential care. The TW Gaze team were very helpful with all aspects of the sale and were very good at keeping us informed. They found us buyers very quickly, unfortunately they pulled out, but TW Gaze soon found us another buyer. I wasn't initially happy with the order of the photos of the bungalow on the website, but as soon as I mentioned this, it was sorted. Lee dealt with the sale and was very helpful and efficient.
