GoogleVery pleased with our experience with TW Gaze. Always kept us informed and reassured. Sophie was so helpful and always charming. Thank you Vivienne & Simon Randle
Thanks so much for taking the time to give us your review and I’m glad all went well. I’ll pass this on to Sophie too

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service from Roberta at TW Gaze. She facilitated the sale of our property brilliantly. She kept us up-to-date throughout the whole process and couldn't have been more helpful. We dealt with other members of the team too and again, very helpful. I would highly recommend using TW Gaze.
That’s really good if you to leave a review. I will pass this onto Roberta as well. Many thanks

GoogleUtterly appalling service. I called three times to arrange viewings on multiple properties I was interested in, each time they took a message and told me somebody would call back - they never did. How they actually manage to sell any property is beyond me.
I have looked into this and when you called we were very short staffed due to unforeseen absences and whilst this is the reason, it should still not have happened . This is not our normal service by a long way and I must apologise. If you were to call us again you would find the situation to be completely different.

GoogleBrilliant and professional service from the entire team from start to finish with our house sale and purchase. An absolute pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend.
Thank you for your review, it is much appreciated and I will make sure the team know.

GoogleVery poor communication. I had to make contact twice to have confirmed our offer was accepted and that the vendor would wait for us to sell. Within 4 working days of this communication I made contact again to be told its sold to someone …
I am looking into this and will come back to you.

GoogleOutstanding support provided by Roberta and Team, as first time buyers we were anxious and overwhelmed at times but she answered questions and pointed us in the right direction ensuring we completed quickly and smoothing. If we ever come to sell, TW Gaze will be the first place we ask for a valuation.
That’s really kind of you to say. I’ll make sure Roberta knows.

GoogleI've been working with Chris over a number of different projects for the last few years , he has given me local knowledge on which way to go and helped my thinking in how to develop the site we were working on. Likewise he led the sale of 2 unique cottages and advised me all the way and then supported by Roberta who kept me in the loop during the whole process with excellent communication skills
That’s great to know. I’ll make sure Chris and Roberta are aware. Thanks for taking the time to send your review.

GoogleAwful. AVOID AT ALL COST. Told we had been gazumped the day before exchanging contracts. Totally unprofessional and completely untrustworthy.
I’d be very interested to know which property this relates to as we haven’t any record of your details.

GoogleKate was superbly organised and was invaluable through the whole process of purchasing our first home, we couldn’t have asked for anyone better.
That’s great to know and thank you for your review. I’ll make sure Kate knows too.

I had an online bid accepted and the item was subsequently sold to someone in the saleroom. There was no "final warning", unlike all the other lots. It is highly likely that this was an arrangement to enable the purchaser to avoid an auction and buy under value. I note that others have reported similar practices at this auction house. Avoid.
